I've been wanting a Barrington tote for so long and it DID NOT disappoint! I'm obsessed!
Had problems with website repeatedly.
I have a Mac computer and I could go to the order page and select the purse I wanted, but then it would never let me put it in cart and then the loop started again with same results. Very frustrating.
I called customer service and it was resolved, so looks like some work is needed on website.
However, I love love my purse!
It's just the right size for me and has great pockets inside for all my stuff. I think it will wear great and the quality looks really good.

I have ordered several bags from Barrington. However, this purchase was not good. The bag was GREAT, but the FedEx service was not good. It kept saying it was going to be delivered by 10:30 am and I stayed home 2 days. It never came and there were no emails indicating it was going to be late. It finally arrived 3 or 4 days after it was originally scheduled. I was disappointed in FedEx...not Barrington!
Expensive, but quality of the product seems nice.

This is my fourth Barrington bag! I love them all and they hold up so well! I also love my Barrington computer case, it is the perfect size for my IPad Pro.
Love the ability to design your own
I was not very satisfied with the customer service... took a while to hear back about an email I had sent, also called and received a very short answer that did not answer my question. The tote is what I ordered, but not at all what I expected. I have to say it is cheaper looking that online and definitely cheaper looking that what you pay for. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from Barrington gifts again.

The bag arrived more promptly than previous orders which was great for me! I prefer not having to sign for bag but Fed Ex allows for that which is nice. Love the bag. The main reason I chose to order another one was the 20% sale which was very much an encouragement to buy another one! I always get asked about my Barrington bags and I share your website.
