I got the Nantucket tote. I love the way it looks. I am unhappy that one strap continually falls off my shoulder. I have not had that problem with my St Anne tote which I've had about 6 months.
I wish the make up bag was a little deeper but overall a great product. Very nice quality

Was a little disappointed that the ribbon and monogram were not actual material-for this price I expected that. I love the bag itself! Please consider making one with a small front pocket for phone, keys. Thank you!

I was only disappointed that the personalization was screen printed not actually embroidered. Looking back at the website, it does clearly state this in the details but the photos all look very much embroidered so I was a bit unpleasantly surprised. Totally my own fault, though.
