Disappointed it was shipping from China. For a bag you are paying over $100 for that's canvas I would like to think these were made in the US. Quality seems okay, and I would not have thought about it had it shipped from Dallas. It instantly made the company seem cheap when I saw it was arriving direct from China.
My experience with the website was great but I was very disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the bag is not with $180. It feels cheap and looks cheap.

Overall I'm very pleased with my bag and especially how custom you can make it. Customer services is extremely timely and helpful in all responses, making the buying process seamless and very enjoyable. I'm a bit disappointed the St. Anne diaper bag does not come with a changing pad, as is standard with most diaper bags especially ones in this price range, however this was known as the description on the site indicates it does not include one. I just think it's something to consider for future production. Excited to use my bag and see how well it holds up!
