When I received the purse it was not what I anticipated. I wanted a purse with a zipper. When I contacted your customer service person Gloria Garcia she sent an email that was extremely unprofessional. Her opening long paragraph explained to me I was wrong and all the many reasons I was wrong. I was in customer service for 10 years as a flight attendant and I was taught customer is always right and it was my job to make them happy. She might want to rethink her career choice.
Moving forward I will not buy your products and if I see someone looking at your products at Bradbury lane, where I shop frequently, I will be happy to share my bad experience with y'all.
