Hi There, I love your products but it took me seven tries to get the bag I wanted into your shopping cart for some reason. Tried on two separate occasions thinking it could be my wifi but same error occurred.
It was a little bugger than I thought it was going to be but I really like it
The delivery required a signature, which I wasn't aware of. This caused me to miss it the first time and I ultimately had to drive to the Fedex place to pick it up. Super inconvenient and quite a hassle. You could do better.

Bag is the perfect size and I loved being able to customize it. It seems well made and I like how the exterior isn't a fussy material and wipes clean. I knew it wouldn't be, so I wasn't misled by any means, but I wish the stripe was an added piece of material instead of just part of the overall design. It would make the bag that much nicer. I do feel it's a bit pricey, but am not at all unhappy. I love the bag. Just would've preferred more in the $120-$140 range.
