The bag looks like a cheap canvas bag
I expected something more similar to the brand designs they are attempting to copy. Not a graphic print on nylon. And the monogram had a cut and paste block with the pattern as a background. It doesn't look good.
The quality and style of all Barrington products are eye catching and functional. I've ordered several gifts for my adult daughters and they are always asked how to order a similar tote for themselves!
I called customer service to see if my customer was able to have a 4 letter monogram on the tote.
Love the purse. Wish the green was more green less blue but love it overall.
I suggest manufacturing your bags in the USA - and DON'T require a signature for delivery.
I was bummed when my cowhide print bag came and was a vinyl replica. I was thinking it was a textured animal print not vinyl. Too Pricey for not being an actual faux fur.

Excellent customer service and excellent product! I bought as a gift for my daughter's birthday - I emailed to check to see if we could ensure it arrived in time (willing to pay more for shipping) - they were great - they followed up and pushed it through to make sure it got delivered on time and it was actually delivered a day earlier than expected! My daughter loves it!

This was a gift for a friend's daughter. She absolutely loved the essentials pouch. I loved being able to customize it so it was a special gift. Barrington's customer service was excellent from start to finish.
The monogram on my accessory bag is barely visible. The way the image looked online is very different than what it looks like in person.
Fast shipping. Should NOT have to sign for delivery-since I wasn't home-I had to drive to pick it up elsewhere! Noooooo
