My daughter has a Barrington bag that I admire every time she uses it. I decided to get one for myself. Designing it was very easy and I love what I chose. The bag arrived within a week which was extremely fast. It looks beautiful. I tucked it away and will give it to myself for my birthday.

I ordered a diaper bag and got an email stating the shipping and that I would receive it by October 18th. Nothing ever came. I contacted customer service and got an email about telling me to remember the shipping time frame. I am well aware of how long things take. I was concerned because it told me the delivery date and nothing ever showed up. I went to a baby shower empty handed and if I would have known it wouldn't have gotten here in time I would have gotten her something else and told her it was on its way. I was also told by customer service that as soon as they knew what was going on they would let me know. I never heard back. I contacted fed ex and got some answers. I love the bags from this company and I am hoping this was a random error. However I was not too pleased with customer service.

I could not talk with customer service when my package was delayed. I received an email from Federal express stating it would arrive on Thursday it never arrived. Then received an email it would arrive on Friday and it never arrived. Didn't hear from Federal express until the following Monday later in the morning and it stated it would arrive by Friday. And I had to sign for it. It should have given me the precise day since it needed a signature. And when I tried to call Barrington I got a recording that there was a high volume of calls and I had to go online. To much time was spent just trying to get my bag delivered!
