I was supposed to have gotten 10% off my first order but it was not applied to it. And it never gave me a code to enter in.
I was extremely disappointed in the product. Had I had known the purse was canvas material, I would never have purchased it. I thought I was purchasing deer hide. I never would have paid that much money for this purse, ever! Other than it being monogrammed, there is nothing special about it. Extremely disappointed
When i logged in, i lost my cart and had to remake all my items
I wish a signature was not required for delivery. Since the package was delivered to my home, and I work, it was challenging to meet the driver. A phone call from the drive would be nice.

When choosing the 'no stripe' options... it's very confusing because you still have to choose a stripe from the beginning
I wanted to order a tote with Axis print and a strip and monogram but the site wouldn't let me. I emailed about it, but no response. I ended up ordering a bag with no stripe and a monogram patch. Not what I really wanted but I wanted to use my birthday coupon before it expired.
Not seen my products yet as shipped to a friends house in USA. I live in spore and hope
