The site is not very user friendly. If you make a mistake you have to start all over again. Your cart is not saved. Frustrating and time consuming.
I have multiple pieces of the Axis print. I'm ordering the Vaquero this time since everyone around here now has the Axis.
Great shopping experience. Always fun to design your own bag. Was disappointed when my order arrived though; the actual fabric rendered very differently online. Makes it hard to justify spending the money again on another bag. Fabric samples would be nice.

I think it is ridiculous to pay $20.00 for a refill for a notebook and then to have to pay $6.50 for shipping when the refill is so light that I cannot imagine it really costing that much to ship it to me.

BTW, my initials are CSG and I've noticed that so many of your pictured bags have that initial, so I get to see what mine will look like on your ads...which is nice!
