WORST WEBSITE I've VISITED - POTENTIAL SCAMMERS?! - Website lay out is fine but that's about it! Phone line which can be called if you have any problems is NEVER ANSWERED! Called it about 30 times over the course of 12 days but no answer!

Took the money from my account straightaway but the items were never sent! Low stock of most goods as their policy is to ship items that are in stock while you wait but no goods were ever sent despite being told that 2 of the items were in stock when I finally managed to get an e-mail back from them. They were rude and didn't apologise once even though I had to chase my own order when it had not reached me after 10 days! I then asked for a refund if they could not tell me when I would be receiving the items all they e-mailed me back was one word, refunded! Hopefully they will refund me! ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES ONLINE.

In conclusion:
1. No apologies or confirmation e-mails and if you question them they are rude
2. No phone line to call as it won't be answered
3. Don't follow their own terms and conditions
4. Take your money from your account and never ship goods or send e-mail to tell me when the goods would be shipped.

BE WARNED potential consumers. This is a shame because I have visited the shop in Brighton various times with no problems. However i will definately not be shoppin both in the store or online from now on
