I ordered a banner and mistakenly left out a word. I called and had it fixed and paid an extra fee. They sent the wrong banner. I called again and they said they'll fix it and send another. They sent the WRONG BANNER TWICE. Now it's 2 days before my event! All I can do is get a refund. FYI - Staples makes banners in one day for pick up!
