Got a 1400 cessna. Out of the box a bad y connector. Maiden flight elevator servo locks causing plain to crash. Asked for return/replacement. Got denied and told was my fault there servo was junk. Knowing I'll get no help I repair plane and find the rudder servo was also going bad making a loud whining noise. Contacted customer service rep to try once more and get talked down to and blamed like it was my fault again. Please do not buy anything from them. If you have an issue with there products you will get no help at all or replacement of any parts even a small y connector couldn't be replaced.

The radio controlled Sherman tank was ordered by a Canadian citizen. The cannon did not work. This product is made in China. Bananahobby.com did not respond to my e-mails. Total cost, with delivery, $173.38. I was quite willing to compromise, but the firm did not reply. I have dealt with many internet firms, but Bananahobby has the tightest shipping and return regulations i ' ve yet encountered. Their terms are very restrictive and when coupled to their failure to respond to e-mails, many customers will be frustrated. Therefore foreign citizens are advised not to order from Banahobby.com.

Worst experience ever! After I threatened them to file a complaint with the Attorney General in California they gave me a refund after 2 months.
I ordered and received an A-10 Thunderbolt (64mm br) and it was defective from day 1. Their customer service sucks, Pete only cares about his face being on Youtube with a write off NASCAR driver, and their products... well I think you know that already.
Good advice: never buy from them! There are many other RC shops all over the nation and world wide...

The first day when I got it, it broke. The description said " it was made with high strength material and great for begginers". When i got it i was excited but it didn't fit correctly together. When i first flew it, it did a nose dive and broke the front wheel. The second one it flew but it lost control and turned in to a right tight turn and crashed into the ground. On the third flight it flew it landed but it broke the tail. Some of their other planes might be good. But, the 'Fly Fairy 757-B096 doesn't work!

PURCHASED A RTF PLANE FROM THEM AND I TOOK IT OUT FOR THE MADIEN FLIGHT IT GOT ABOUT 15 FT FROM ME AND I LOST ALL SIGNAL BETWEEN PLANE AND RECIEVER AND IT CRASHED I HAVE GOTTEN THE RUN AROUND FROM THESE PEOPLE ABOUT REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR HELP THEY COULD CARELESS IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL I REPETE DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS IT IS JUNK

NEVER had any problems with ANY of my 7 ORDERS! The prices were better than any other sellers. I will continue to order from BH for all my hobby stuff.

We bought a plane, they did not send it, they did not return the money and they do not answer our claim, beware of scammers.

The BlitzRCWorks Atom 250 V3D Electric Radio Control RTF Helicopter is suspose to be ready to fly. Well let me tell you about my experience. It did not fly out of the box. And there was nothing i could do to make it fly with what was included. It was a complete disappointment. There is no way it was pre-flight tested and trimmed by a expert. It barely got off the ground, i am talking like 3 inches off the ground at best. And that was at 100% throttle, full battery everything should be good but it is not. So needless to say this makes a number of bullet points on this page completely false. Can someone say false advertising? Well there is no question about it with this. I now have 0 confidence in there advertizing. At first i thought it might not be getting enought pitch, after doing some carefull checking this does not seem to be the cause for failure. So elimiating that part, that only leaves the motor speed/power to be the cause for failure. Seeing how it should have worked out of the box with no problems, i am completely discusted with the state of this Heli. At this point i am going to have to return it. I am so disappointed that it would now take a mericale to make me want to keep it.
