I ordered diabetic socks from this company. They sent me the wrong size. I called multiple times and left unanswered voicemail messages and sent emails that came back as undeliverable. Then when I made a "profile" I was able to find their refund info. I mailed the socks back to the company within the time frame for returns and I still haven't heard back. I also had to pay for the shipping to send the socks back. This company is a scam.
I bought 12 pair of socks from this company in Beaverton, OR expecting 3 pair in 4 colors. After receiving a confirmation in less than five minutes, I noticed there was only one color for 12 pairs. I immediately called (voice mail only) and sent a message through there system. I never received a response. About two weeks later I received the socks. After annother call a sent message, no response. I filled out there form for a return authorization; again, no response I
