The phone number is bogus! There is no customer service. They don't even include a packing slip, so you don't know where to send back the item. Paypal or whoever needs to shut down this companys wbsite. They took my money too! They finally wrote back and said they would send me my exchange. Stay tuned, I will be reporting back my final opinion.
I ordered a purse on the 10th of March, and i have tried 6 times to email them. The phone number DOES NOT work! They have not returned my emails and its now been 12 business days with no sign! I called my credit card company, thank goodness they refunded my money. How they are still a website is freaking news to me!
I ordered a bag from them since last year of october,,, but i don't receive any,,, and they just took my money... i emailed them but they don't even replied my mail...
I bought a bag as a gift the site assures you they're original but they were FAKE i returned the item and did not recive any refund so now i don't have a bag or my $270 absolute scum!
