I'm very pleased with the appearance of this phone, my problem is the battery life, I have to charge at least once a day and I only use for Facebook. I know they would exchange it, but that means I would have to do without a phone. So I just have to make sure I have a charger at all times.
Backmarket uses usps and back market uses little packaging. My watch order got lost went through alot of wrong locations and even a few fake scans that went to consumer affairs in usps. I requested a refund and they told me they would recall the package then refund me but didn't. Alot of negative reviews on backmarket website show broken and damaged items being received by customers and not being resolved. Buyer beware of your at risk and risk of scam.
Bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20 FE from Back Market, and I'm more than satisfied with the product I received. I chose the "Excellent" option, and got a pristine phone with no scratches, no wear, and all there with the software. I love my new phone, and not having to pay a big sum of money made moving over to a new one so much more enjoyable. Husband also bought an S20 FE from here, and has all good things to say about Back Market too. We sent the link to the S20 FE page to more friends too because we're so pleased with the experience. Also, the dialog from their teams is killer. Sharp and spunky, like there's someone with a brain behind the letters. Thanks Back Market. I'll be back for more one day.
Excellent! I appreciate this place, Back Market, cause 1) their site, filtering, selection process, UX, is excellent, super easy to navigate, smart, really pretty great, 2) the prices are absolutely in line, 3) the condition of purchases I've made consistently exceeds what's advertised. And finally, 4) I so very much appreciate the voice, tone, and sense of humor at every turn. They do a fantastic job of walking the line of being funny while informational, and without going too far to make a bad joke. Big fan, and for what it's worth, I've purchased a few MacBookPros here, and a handful of iPhones.
I ordered a Macbook Pro at a steal of a price for the specs I needed and it defied my expectations. The product shipped insanely quickly and it arrived well-packaged in a firm bubble wrap sleeve inside a sturdy cardboard box. It even arrived with a case and keyboard protector as well (which, upon removing those items, was determined to NOT be hiding blemishes). Getting it up and running was a breeze. It was exceptionally clean, and everything was in good working condition, including the charger. I seriously love this computer and am so happy I was able to save some money, too.
I work with video and photos outside of my regular job and have been wanting to improve my personal equipment for years, starting with a newer, more powerful computer. The cost of replacing my computer was always prohibitive, but after I looked on Back Market, I found the specs I needed for about half of the price of a new one. I couldn't pass the deal up. Not only did I get an equipment upgrade at a great price, but I was also able to give this excellent equipment a second life instead of it ending up as e-waste.
This is my second time ordering from Back Market and I am happy with my purchases. The laptops come in good condition, much better than buying brand new! A tip is to view the third party company's profile & read their reviews & how long they have been on Back Market before purchasing! Thanks Back Market.
Back Market is an amazing resource for finding gently used, fully functional electronic devices and accessories. Their customer service is prompt, their demeanor is candid and the language is friendly. Highly recommend!
I can't describe my initial Skepticism in 100 characters, but I can state my satisfaction in 2 words, ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. 100% recommend doing business with Back Market.
Back market took care of it. Everything. You have questions, they have answers. Period. If you need something affordable to keep your life moving, do it and don't look back
The phone came as expected. Like new. Battery could have been better.
I looked at battery life, Apple could not tell if battery was Apple battery. Over all phone is fine. I probably will upgrade to iPhone 11 shortly and will probably get it from Back Market. By the way I understand why no charger. The iPhone 8 and newer are capable of wireless charging.
I turn to BackMarket for all things electronic. My previous purchases with them have been smooth and convenient. Their service is flawless and I am happy to support their mission of promoting a circular economy while saving the earth.
First off I received an email from Backmarket on November 14th, stating an offer to sale your used tech for money. I had a 256 gig Ipad Air 4th gen, so I sent it to their refurbisher: Liberty Tech Group LLC. Now that they have my tech, I have yet to receive my $391 resale value promised to me because of my device's excellent condition. I have contacted Backmarket several times with no results, they do not want to accept any responsibility for the transaction. They will say go to the website and click on the ask for help button, but under the list of items that you have sold to them, there is no Ask for help button. At this moment almost 2 weeks later after they received my Ipad, I have not seen a dime. This is starting to look like a scam. I would say 1 thing to Back Market, when a customer does right by you, do right by the customer. I will never send anything to BuyBack Sales again, it is too stressful to get what's owed to you.
The phone was delivered in a box with plastic wrap looked great. I turned on phone selected english then selected united staes and that was where it stopped working,Options from Backmarket send phone in for full refund in 5 to 6 days or send it in for repair and in 7-10 days I get it back. Well I used itunes to update the phones ios and three hours later voila the phones is working what a pain for what I bought by definition was refurbished and up to date. Fortunately googling the problem gave a fix to use rather than the week more without a phone or buying another one from another site. I must say Backmarket is only a third party, and they state it, but the business they represent is touted by them to be very thorough, so they get a three
Just as good as Amazon, but way cheaper. You can buy a bunch of different electronics at a good quality for a great discount. If you end up with something that doesn't work, the return process is very simple.
"Excellent" rates phone lasts only 6 months. Screen becomes unresponsive creating so much inconvenience.
The promises 3 business day repair is breached. Not only it is breached, but I was also misled that the item was shipped. Only label was created in USPS and no item provided to USPS.
They requested paperwork and my ID for processing the reimbursement for the phone. Basically, they just stole my personal information. Still I am unclear why did they request my DL.
I don't purchase brand new tech when it comes out. I much prefer to wait until it reduces in price, sometimes as much as 70%. Back Market is the perfect website to facilitate this. I've bought a number of devices from this site and been satisfied each time with the price and quality.
I actually had an unexpected error getting my sim card to work in an unlocked Pixel 5. I worked with the vender to see if we could fix the issue. But when that failed, they allowed me to return it, at no cost, for a full refund. I've since bought a different Pixel 5 and that one worked perfectly.
I order off of Back Market for the first time, I was a little skeptical at first, but once I receive the package, I was in awe with how well they had packaged and cleaned up the item. I will definitely be ordering more from them in the future. I would give their customer service a 10/10, they were very helpful with questions I had.
The device was purchased in "good" condition. The device is fully functional and battery life is good. It appears to have a third party replacement screen that's a tiny bit thicker and rougher textured than OEM. That's actually a positive, as it makes it much more likely that it really was refurbished and not just a "used, in good condition" item.
This is my first experience buying refurbished, and it has been a positive experience. I recommend Back Market. You'll save money and get a product that works like new. Back Market says their "good" condition products may have noticeable scratches and blemishes, but the iPad I bought looks like new. Back Market has a standard 1 year warranty, which is as long or longer than most consumer electronics warranties.
I understand the hesitation when it comes to a purchase like this. I am the type that checks my sources sources. This is my third purchase from back market and each one i have been extremely satisfied with their service and product.
Do not use this company. Please listen to me. Buying a phone from Back Market is just the same as buying a device from a man on a street corner. If you get sold a faulty device, or in my case a phone that was totally unusable, Back Market will not give your money back or take any action whatsoever against the seller. Basically if you are scammed, you will lose all of your money and the only way to get it back is to take the seller to court. It is not like Amazon or Ebay where you have some protection from the platform.Let me explain what happened:
I bought a Samsung S10 plus from the seller WHITE HAWK, based in Birmingham, on the Back Market site.
Phone arrived promptly, but upon using the phone, the battery was dropping THIRTY percent every 20 mins. Basically the battery was completely wrecked.
Baring in mind, the seller WHITE HAWK described the phone as being in excellent condition.breaking the 2015 consumer law - product faulty and not as described.
I sent numerous messages on Back Market to the seller requesting a refund, all were ignored, despite Back market's promise that I would get a response within 24 hours. Eventually I messaged back market on Instagram and asked them to intervene. They messaged the seller requesting a refund, again this was ignored. Back Market will not do ANY more than message the seller for you. They will not intervene any other way.
So, realising that I had just been conned, I took the phone to a phone shop and asked for help. The phone, again this phone had been described by WHITE HAWK company in Birmingham as being in excellent condition, was completely messed up. The battery was completely unusable, and thr repair man said it had been installed with SUPER GLUE. There is also a piece in the phone that you can look at to check for water damage. This had been REMOVED by the seller. The repair man agreed I had been SCAMMED by the seller. Back Market are NO help at all.
So please, do NOT buy from this company or the platform. Both throughly unethical companies. To do this to people at any time is disgusting, but especially during a recession and before Christmas.
Answer: Bought a refurbed iPhone 11 unlocked, as a Christmas gift. It arrived and I had it activated. I had no problem with the phone. I went to Simple Mobil, and got their 25.00 plan. The phone is in great condition, works great, and I am happy with Back Market.
