Don't ever buy anything from this company or you will get relentless text messages from them by multiple numbers and you can't stop it even by reporting every different number. This has been going on for over a year. They say you have a fake credit that you need to use.

I used Backdrop Outlet services more than 15 years ago. I've ordered several backdrops and all type of prop kits, including stands from them. I never had a single problem even once. I hope they keep the same management and service I used to enjoy. I stopped shooting for a while but I'm trying to get back on road and they are backdrops, props and other kits I have in mind.

I have been a customer of Backdrop Outlet. They used to be good. There is no phone number to speak to a live person because they don't want to deal with you. I ordered a Backdrop June 25. It is now October 3 and I still have not received what I paid for. I know I am not the only one who has complained about this company not supplying purchases to customers buyer beware.

There is no number or individual to contact so you have left with reaching out via email or social media which neither work. So irritating as they use to be fairly good but I am DONE. Do NOT use them even though they are cheap. NOT worth the headache.

Don't buy from these people, no matter how many email offers they send. I paid for two backdrops on July 8, and as of Nov 27, I have no product. The company refused my request for a refund, then stopped returning messages.

I place a order in September and it is November now and still no Background.
After I reached out to customer service they finally responded saying that
They had a computer problem and some orders didn't go through, meaning mine.
So then I was told it would be another 2 weeks before it would even been shipped.
It has now been a month and still nothing! Terrible customer service.

After ordering a backdrop during their 50% off sale, I was really excited for it to arrive. After several weeks, I started to wonder... where is the package? Where is the update? I tried to reach them via their cs email - the Contact US page on their website has been blanked out - I sent messages over FB messenger... There has been absolutely no response - but they continue to bombard me with advertisements. I started reading the post on their FB page and it seems, I'm not the only one who has bought product that hasn't arrived and has had no response from the company... I'm now in the process of digging through business sites to try to identify owners/principals to see if I can track down a human being.

Placed and order almost a month ago and contacted multiple times. No replies, no order status updates. No shipping. Will file a dispute today. Horrible service. Will be looking for new provider. Do not waste your time. They will let you down!

I placed an order on 5/29 and still do not have it on 7/20! Production issues - OK, I'll give you a bit more time but asked for expedited shipping. They said it was upgraded to priority. Got email response on 6/10 that it was in shipping and I would get tracking in 72 hours (priority shipping? I should have product in 72 hours!). It is now 7/20 - no tracking, no product, no email responses. These people send me an email DAILY to use my expired credit, but don't respond to my inquiries. Nice backdrops - too bad, because I will NEVER order again and advise you to STAY AWAY from this terrible company. Deserve negative stars. They have had my money for almost THREE MONTHS!

I have had good service with this group years ago. The last few years. I found my self waiting for a shipment for MONTHS. When i inquire. They do respond with either, or our shipment was messed up so sorry, or whoops we missed that. This last time i was shown i was getting three free with purchase backdrops and only one came. When i inquired, i was told, no you only get one. The receipt was not right. This is a very poor way to miscommunicate with business. They are not well priced enough to gamble that you may get what you need in a month. They were once stellar, but maybe too big to properly keep customers. I feel their high marketing model is only for first time purchases and i would say stay away. Amazon has a lot more venders that deliver promptly.

I have been a customer of Backdrop Outlet for many, many years and they have gone so far down hill with their quality of products and customer service it is so sad. I will not be ordering anything else from them from here on out. I would not recommend them. They do not stand behind their products and take weeks to get back to you via e-mail because you can't even call them anymore, they have disconnected their phone lines... hummm, I wonder why? Buyer... BEWARE!

Just horrible customer service. The internet is full of negative reviews and lawsuits related to Backdrop Outlet, their former company Props and Drops and their other company Kess InHouse. Google backdrop outlet lawsuit and backdrop outlet reviews before you place an order. Then go to one of the dozens of other reputable backdrop and prop sources. Don't get sucked in – these guys are really horrible!

Ordered on July 16,2023 and to date (October 2,2023) have not received the Hand Painted Muslim background. Contacted them on August 21 and again in September with only one response back in August. Simply the worst and now have to try to get a refund from my CC company.

To begin with, they bill you when they receive the order, rather than after shipment. Turns out lots of their stuff gets dropped shipped. Well, if the drop shipper doesn't ship you've already paid and are left holding the bag. That's our situation. We have contacted them 8 times in the past 2 months trying to get a shipment or a refund. If they answer at all it's with 2 words and empty promises. We've been left with no choice but to initiate a dispute with our credit card company to be made whole. Stay away!

I placed an order on February 6th, my CC was charged right away, I even paid extra for priority mail to make sure I got my package on time since I need it for next week. As of today, March 1,2021, have not heard from them. I tried to contact them by email, and by phone, no luck, NO answer. I have ordered from them before, first time this happens. And I still owe my CC almost $300. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO SERVICE AT ALL.

I ordered several backdrops from Backdrop Outlet on October 20,2020. Despite me reaching out to inquire several times, I have not had any luck receiving the product, nor a promise of a refund. It is now December 8,2020, and I am calling my credit card company to make an investigation to recover my funds.

I have purchased 3 times from these people, and every time there was something wrong with my order. The backdrops are poorly packaged and my last order had 4 drops with blotches of white on them where the ink never got to. One of them had red lines throughout as of the printer was running out of ink. Cannot believe they sent that as is. Now it has been 2 weeks of me trying to contact them and they don't reply. They have no customer service number either.
