I have one item of five that I need to return and receive a near immediate reply. However, once I chose the gift card option and replied to the email, I have received no reply at all in spite of numerous follow ups...
Clothes looked great on line and had very positive reviews. The reviewers were not wrong. The pants I ordered are comfortable, attractive and look great! Love the individual packaging you use to ship them!
Poor quality and obviously made in China. I ordered a large (which I received) but there is no way I am going to try it on because it is very narrow and would probably have to the cut off of me. The photography is excellent in your advertisements but obviously misleading. In the picture it looks like embroidery of flowers. Actually the items are glued on. There is no tag with washing instructions or sizing. Would not order from you again.

It's the first time I've visited this site. I found it easy to navigate. I just hope the return policy is as easy - if I'm not pleased with the products. Maybe that should be more available for viewing. Now that I've received the products, I'm disappointed in how thin the fabrics are and moreover that the XL size didn't fit well. After reading several bad reviews of the return policy, I won't bother but won't buy from this online company again.

Tip for consumers:
I was given a coupon for items that don’t fit and tried over and over. Did work! I feel it is intentional at this point.

Azzlee's products are VERY VERY stylish! They certainly caught my eye! I would love to have more communication about the expected timeframe to receive items. I would also like to see Azzlee review the sizing specs of armholes. I have never experienced such a tight fit in that particular place! I am still waiting on one item from my order. Thanks for listening - I have a feeling Azzlee could become very successful if they address a few items!
So far so good! Because of the small arm hole issue, the majority of my items had to be returned. Crystal provided clear instructions. She indicated I would receive a refund within 7 days of receiving the tracking number from my USPS receipt. That was provided 6 days ago so hopefully we're on track!?

Couple things of concern: where are you? How long will it take to get my order? Please fix the site so that when you change color of an item, it stays with the same selected size (instead of defaulting to small)!

Shirts and pants ordered were not the quality anticipated. The return process practically unacceptable. They required multiple emails with the company trying to offer me discounts to keep my order. After getting exhausted of the process to return, I gave up and accepted the discount. Most items I can't use because they don't fit properly. Most of the clothing ran smaller than usual. Simply put- Poor quality clothing with a Bad return policy. I will not order again.
Multiple emails to get them to send me a return address. Then the details required to return made me hesitate that they would receive my order back and decline the return based on a technicality. Ended up accepting the discount but still have not had the credit hit my account yet.
Images were excellent but product did not reflect what I saw online.
Lots of fun styles to chose from. Easy checkout. Had to return a few that didn't fit right. Customer service was very accommodating but a very different experience than dealing with Amazon. More personal...thank you Crystal for your help.

I purchased a dress online, but it did not fit. With an easy message sent, the return was handled promptly. Very satisfied.
Arrived when expected and in great care. The items were as they were displayed. Lovely but just slightly small for my 83 year old body but will wear anyway.
Like the styles. So different from the usual department stores. Even 83 year olds search for more color and more designs. Love the geometric designs.
Need more photos on site - need to be able view items from front, back and sides - also would need better descriptions of the material make up before I bought from Azzlee again. Also returns policy is not great. I have one item that I will never wear but because I would have to refund Azzlee's shipping costs plus pay to ship it back to Azzlee so it's not worth my while to return it.

I ordered 2 blouses and one dress from super looking photos. They do not fit according to their charts and made of cheap umbrella fabric. I sent them back the next day after having to get a proper tracking number. Got a confirmation that they had received it but it might take up to a month to return my money if I ever receive it. Facebook should deal with these people before they scam everyone else because they will just change their name and scam again.

Horrible company. Cheap ugly clothing. What you see and buy online is not what you get. Colors and designs are hideous and the material is shoddy. Sizes are 3 sizes too small. They give you a hard time returning and offer you 20% off, 30% off, 50% off and a gift card for entire amount if you keep their disgraceful clothing. I wouldn't donate or put these ugly clothes on my dog. Beware of hidden "logistics" fees in place of shipping fee! STAY FAR AWAY from this despicable company.

I never received the order so needless to say I am extremely disappointed, dissatisfied, and downright upset about it! I even sent an email advising you that it failed to arrive to no avail. Not as worried about the payment as receiving this order!

I am allergic to polyester. I thought they were all cotton. Told u do not accept pick up of returns if package was opened. It was. Cannot wear poly. What to do? Wasted my money. Will you send me a prepaid return label, pls?
I am very unsatisfied - there was no mention thst products were polyester. I thought they were supposed to be cotton. Too long a wait for delivery,& disappointed in product.

I ordered the floral v-neck dress for my daughter's wedding. After waiting almost two weeks with the order saying processing, I emailed the company to be told it was out of stock. (The website still shows it in stock) I cancelled my order and 12 days later I still haven't received a refund. Very disappointed in the customer service. Wish I could rate the clothing, the dress LOOKED beautiful!

Remember the saying "you get what you pay for" so true here. Most all were made bad, cheap materials. Came much later than said. Don't look like on models. Don't think I'll be ordering again!
You could never talk to anyone and when you tried to chat , they sent you to another app that was not helpful either.

That's ok, I asked if I could purchase something else for the same price as they had already deducted the amount from my credit card, finally got a reply back with it will cost another $12.00. I questioned why but have not had a reply back.

All arrived as ordered. I ordered my usual size but these are all cut very small compared to other stores. I had to send them all back, which cost me a fortune! Plus the refund subtracted their shipping costs to deliver the items. This is one of those Chinese rip offs that sell cheap goods under numerous different names. Do not ever order from any of them! I learned my lesson the hard way.
I told them up front that I wanted to return the merchandise, the reason for return and requested credit to the card used for the purchase. They come back with form replies that ask for info already provided. They try to barter to get you to keep the merchandise for a partial refund. I don’t want your junk!

Love the looser/relaxed styles, a variety of neutral tones and fabrics used. Ordered 3 tops and 2 pants. Ordered sizing L bc I saw products shipped from china. No issue with that but have noticed that closing and shoes made in china are smaller than US in the same size. Most items were neutral in color except for two tops. The tops coloring was not as pictured, web's coloring is more muted which I prefer. Kept all items bc of pricing and their intended casual wear/use.
