BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR... they have a policy of no returns for ANY reason... doesn't matter that the product is unopened and all you want to do is a simple return so you can buy from them again... NO NO NO... they hid behind their no return policy.

Okay, my blame in this... 1) didn't read their no return policy in advance; what vendors these days refuses to return an unopened product? I learned of one. This one. 2) I ordered the wrong item.

Their blame... taking a NEGATIVE customer approach to hang onto a few misplaced sales... ok... that is their choice... my choice is not purchase from them ever again.

So if you want a vendor that will fulfill your product but then ignore your emails (which they did) and refuse to work with you on a simple return (which they did) they buy from them; why you would do so in 2015 is beyond my comprehension but hey, it's your purchase... if you want a vendor that understands sometimes customers make mistakes and are willing to help or work with you to fix it thereby building a strong healthy customer relationship and want to simply do business the right way, then STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR.

Horrible service. Product came damaged,, didn't care enough to replace it.
Waste of money!
