The pay and benefits are decent, but these do not make working here worth it. The company culture is terrible because of the emotional managers. They don't think rationally when making big decision and just let their emotions decide for them. The company also lacks a significant number of people, which forces the employees to wear multiple hats and be overworked. I don't know why the managers choose not to hire more people despite the obvious need for it.
