Fraudulent and will charge your credit card without permission This company tried selling me a car that turned out to have outstanding finance owed on it. When this was raised they slammed down the phone and fraudulently charged my credit card. The company is trading under a false name and is actually called WIGSTON CAR SALES LIMITED. You will find that the real company has several "Compulsory strike-off actions" registered against it. It is a one man show with someone who introduces themselves as "Ash" but whose real name is believed to be "Subash Kava". The rest will be self explanatory. The police have been informed and after issuing a crime number are investigating. It is also being referred to Customs and Excise as VAT offences are likely based on the profile of the company. This is also being discussed with the various vehicle financing companies/RAC /Autotrader whom this company claims to have approvals from

We met Richard Stubs the owner who at first seemed ok, he wasn't.He took our car and said they would settle the finance, he didnt and I was left to sort it out, paying charge after charge! Disgusting service, do not use it!
