I ordered a pair of PIAA silicone windshield wipers for my car from Autoplicity. I was shocked to find that they were cheaper than both Amazon and Walmart by $9.00, even though they charged $9.99 for shipping. I choose standard shipping and they still arrived fast. I called Autoplicity customer service to ask a question and they answered the phone promptly and the customer service agent was both friendly and knowledgeable. This was the first time I ordered from Autoplicity, but I definitely will again. Overall a great company which is rare these days.
Ordered 2 parts. They shipped one correct and one incorrect. It took me a week of fighting to get them to admit they'd sent the wrong part. Told them to send the correct part. They declined and issued a refund for the part only, not the shipping which I have to pay for again. I had to cancel the credit card charge. Avoid at all costs.
mislead by tires i already ordered, so my payment was returned for whatever reason. Please send these tires to me. I would've appreciated the previous tire price, and would like feedback on why they were not shipped
The web site said that the part was a guaranteed match for my cars make and model but it wasn't really. It should have been an easy install, but instead I had to modify the part beachside I didn't have time to go through the hassle of returning it. It works great but it's a taller unit than the factory one so I had to cut out notches out of the bottom corners so it would rest in the correct spot. One of the securing flanges on the passages side had to be cut off because it is in the wrong spot. Also the main plug for the wiring harness is facing the wrong way so it doesn't reach. Luckily I figured out a way to flip it over and face it the other direction.
One parts had wrong information listed. When ordered and found the it was wrong. I follow autoplicity return procedure. All I get from them is an email saying a rep will contact me. 3 days now and still no contact. Me sending emails each day is getting old.
The original order I placed was received the day after I ordered it. That part was amazing.
Unfortunately, the brake calipers were not packaged well so they beat around inside their boxes almost destroying one of the individual boxes and the outer carton was not taped along all seems so hardware needed for installation fell out of the package.
After contacting customer service on the day of delivery, they had to email back and forth with their warehouse several times over shipping me 2 small washers I could not use the parts without. After calling a couple times it was apparent they would not come soon. I had to go to the auto parts store and purchase the washers myself. This was so I could install these safety essential brake calipers on my car 4 days after delivery.
The missing hardware is still in the mail as it shipped from a different part of the country and should arrive 8 days after my original delivery. FOR 2 TINY WASHERS!! It just doesn't make sense. The worst customer service I have EVER received.
Some issues with follow up on shipping but due to the wonderful customer service lady, the issues were quickly resolved.
The product, RKI toolbox, is lacking in quality especially having a $700+ price tag. Poor metal cutting, welding, and latch installation is not square to the box. Even has welding sticks still attached to the welds!
I ordered the wrong part so I had to return it , but I did receive the product in a perfect amount of time
UPS "ground" aka "home" delivery in my area is absolutely terrible. Either they or you required a signature, in person (not via a form left at the door, like FedEx), which makes it almost impossible to get anything delivered to a home via this branch of UPS. The online options for redirect don't help either. Anyway, since I gave you a business address, eventually it arrived and they waited long enough for someone to meet them in the lobby for a signature. I think they tried to deliver several times though.
There are many ads after purchase, it makes me feel unsafe. It is usually scam sites that do so, I will be watching for charges on my card that we're not authorized. Otherwise all went well and the site was easy to use and find what I was looking for.
I had the item in my cart, being billing to my charge card but shipping to a different address in WI where we were with the boat that needed a new prop. I hit submit order, and the confirmation reverted the shipping address to our billing address, and there was an extra $10 tax added as well.
I called customer service to change the shipping address, and they said they couldn't once an order was placed, but I could refuse and return the item. That's always such a hassle.
It was a good price and the right prop, but frustrating that the review page was not the same as what was sent in when I hit place order.
This order and product are fine. The issue is with an order on eBay. They did not complete the order and offered me cost on my next order. It took numerous calls to get a 5.xx refund. I find it extremely hard to believe they make 2.xx on each of these parts.
Easy so far. The pricing was good, and it shipped in a very timely manner. My only negative comment would be that the only shipping option for my address was UPS 2nd day, or UPS ground. I chose Ground at a cost of about $30.00. The package showed up in the mail which I'm sure did not cost what they charged.
I cancelled the order shortly after deciding on a different option.
The order was still processed and shipped to me.
Now we all have the hassle and expense of getting it returned.
I placed an order for items that were listed on your website as being in stock (KYB SR4225 and SR4226). I ordered several other parts with these. Upon receiving my order, (very promptly) the above noted strut assemblies were not sent. I figured they were to be sent in a second shipment. Instead, I received an e-mail stating they were on a back order for 30 days from KYB. I was not happy with this but decided to wait the 30 days. After 30 days, I receive another e-mail stating it would be another 60 days. All the while, these parts are STILL listed on your website as "in stock" I have informed your reps. by e-mail as well as by phone and nothing has been done to correct this inaccuracy.
I had to cancel my original order for these parts and purchase another brand.
I am very pleased with the speed of delivery, but am extremely disappointed with the lack of honest on your website. I purchased these parts from you because you were the only company that listed them in stock. At least the other online companies were honest and upfront by listing them on back order until November.
As of the time of this letter, your website STILL lists these parts as "in stock".
I will be checking your website regularly to see if you make the proper changes.

One of my items was all dented up and scratched up all over. Other items were in excellent condition
Wrong part there was only 1 wire it need 3 it said it would fit my truck it fit but the wiring was wrong
Shipping was late, price was good, customer service poor, but they did pull a magic trick out there wazzu n product shipped and arrived in one day !?!? Could of been a lot worse. Is what it is. Overall 6/10
I cantacted them via phone to ensure i was placing an order for the correct products, but there was still an error in the order. The person on the phone should have been able to prevent this from happening. Now i have to return two of the items. Before ordering from this vendor, i would highly recommend double checking all part numbers with the mfgr's site to ensure that you are ordering the correct parts. Item descriptions on autoplicity are incomplete - no reference to whether i was purchasing front or rear rotors.
Product is fine, but the shipping was terrible, I was beginning to think it was a scam because they took so long to send the product.
Two quarts of hydraulic oil were not sealed and leaked out. Good thing they were in a ziplock bag. What a mess.
it was hard to find a clamp to go with the muffler then you were going to charge me $10 extra freight to add a clamp to the muffler. You can keep your clamp. Overall you could do much better.
Product was shown as being black in color which is what I needed and expected but in came in gray color! Other than that I'm satisfied but I have not installed it yet hopefully it will fit as it should!
great price, responsive communication, but need to keep on top of the "IN STOCK" numbers...did receive the item faster than the projected ETA
The mats were severely faded and they appeared to be used. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product.
My experience was good. There was nothing exceptional about it, but all in al I am very pleased with the tires. I understand the current situation also may have impacted delivery times.
The order that was placed in Aug was for a 13 ft steering cable I received. Also received a 14 ft steering cable that was ordered in July. I was charged for two cable and only need one the 14. I had UPS return the 13ft cable for a refund. Thank you
