Website experience been great. I wish there was option for signed delivery. Because fedex left my package at somebody elses house and refused to do anything about it right away. I needed those tires for a road trip and mine were flat. I had to drove around the neighborhood and fetch my package. Luckily I was able to find it. Still haven't heard anything from fedex...
If there was a signature required, that would not leave it there at least.

Parts were great but we paid for 2 day delivery and told by an employee we would get them on a Thursday but they didn't come until about 3pm friday

Absolutely the best price for the items order with fantastic processing and shipping time. My only complaint is that their customer service department failed to answer two emails I sent them regarding confirmation of proper fitment of the struts. To me, this is critical and needs to be corrected.

the order and shipping was great. the no drill air springs went on fine on the left but the right side will not go on at all and will likely be returned. I refuse to drill if they are advertised that they are no drill.

What I found from Autoplicity, was the best price for the exact product I was looking for. Online ordering went smoothy with immediate company feedback and delivery was as fast as could be expected.

Electric fan control looks to be an exact replacement of old unit, saving having to rewire control to the fan. Original fan was a Proform part #******* purchased from JEG"s about 4 yeas ago. Haven't replaced yet, only received unit yesterday looks like it will be no problem looking at the wiring diagram.

Besides the lack of packaging material used in shipping box, resulting in damaged/bent handle on propane tank, everything else when fine with my purchase.
