Thanks a lot to AutoMoves. I was nervous at first, but glad to experience such a painless and worry-free delivery of my Ferrari! The car came in absolute condition.
Either these folks determined to rip me off from the start, or they are completly incompetent. Insisted I pay in advance, my bad, stupid mistake. Only hand over payment when your vehicle is in the driveway. Blamed me because I did not have the appropriate paperwork ready. What paperwork? How am I, the customer, supposed to know what paperwork the driver needs. So I researched and got the proper information, and then they don't show up. Never use these guys, now I must find a real company to help me with this. I'M OUT 1200.00. AND THEY DID NOTHING

I hired Automoves to help deliver my vehicle from St John's, NL to Toronto, ON. The quoting process was easy, I got a call back and email the same day. Mark arranged our booking and setup drop off date. My car arrived as promised, within 8 days (I was told 7 to 10) and I picked it up from Automoves warehouse in Mississauga. All in all very pleasant experience given that I have never shipped my car before. I would have given 5 stars, however, I could not pay my bill with a credit card which was somewhat of a bummer. But the company advised of this ahead of time so in the end all is well.
