I bought a 2014 Ford Escape and, after the company replaced the water tank after 15 days of use, the engine melted twenty days later. The problem was due to water leaking from the reservoir, which had been replaced and no other leaks were observed. I took photos proving that there was water the day the car stopped. In fact, it has always been my habit to check oil and water every week. Therefore, I saw that the reservoir was leaking before the bigger problem happened. AutoEasy's only help was contacting warranty. I had to pay for everything: tow truck, uber, oil change and other components. I spent almost a month without a car and without any help in that regard. An incalculable 100% loss in my hands.
