This man Gary who calls himself a BMW specialist is far from it. He is after your money. He will string you along with faults that are not there and charge you just as much as a main dealer. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. The garage he uses in Rickmansworth is not equipped with today's needs for our cars and is in the back of some alleyway behind some street houses. I've taken time to write this review because I wouldn't want anyone else to be ripped off. After taking my car to a main dealer after spending nearly £2000 at Autobhan my car was running the same as when I took it there I found out that all the work I had done by Gary wasn't anything to do with what was actually wrong with the car. For a specialist so he claims with BMW and claims to have the latest diagnostics but can't fix your car or not until he has charged you the earth. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.
