My mom (who is 85 years old) has lost her hearing to the point that she could no longer follow along in our family conversations. We're now using Interact-AS to caption what everyone is saying. The captioning isn't perfect, but it's really solid. It's made it so Mom can be included in what everyone's saying, which is great.
