Bought a pair of Sonos stands which seem to never be on sale. Great value for money and fast and efficient service.

Purchased a Yamaha Receiver/Amp, phono preamp and some cables. Pricing was good and delivery was super fast considering it was the last week before christmas.

I've been a customer of Audio Trends for a number of years, and have found their service and willingness to assist with any enquiries to be second to none. They will steer you towards the best purchase for your needs, not the most expensive.

After doing some online research I decided to buy a Tivoli Audio digital radio. Audio Trends had the best price I could find and even undercut the listed retail price on the manufacturers website. I placed an order with them on Sunday evening, the item was despatched promptly Monday morning and arrived in Adelaide on Tuesday. Couldn't be happier with both the radio and the service from Audio Trends. Before buying the Tivoli I listened to the radio with my Beocenter 9300 connected to a pair of Beolab 8000 speakers. As much as I hate to admit it, I prefer the sound from the Tivoli which is 'warm' and seems to fill the room better. It is also imho a very good looking piece of kit.

I purchased a Sonos soundbar to complement my new TV, and I've expanded my setup by adding three Sonos One speakers in different rooms, including this pair. The setup process is straightforward, and the sound quality is excellent. These speakers operate through Wi-Fi and are controlled via the Sonos app, limiting music playback to services compatible with the app or those available on your device. Some services, such as Spotify, require a premium subscription to use with Sonos. Personally, I enjoy using Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, and Spotify within the app, as they offer a wide selection of music. However, I've encountered difficulty getting "Radio by TuneIn" to function properly.

The recent addition of Airplay support was a much-appreciated enhancement, allowing me to play podcasts and other audio from my iPad, which was previously not possible. Although the speakers themselves are of high quality and simple to set up, I find the Sonos app to be somewhat cumbersome. One frustrating aspect is the inability to save speaker groups, necessitating the recreation of groups each time I want to play something new. Additionally, I've experienced some challenges with Airplay, especially due to the fact that my $700 playbar, which I purchased a few months prior to the other speakers, lacks Airplay support. While there is a workaround, it can be a bit complicated to get multiple speakers to play in sync.

I've come across suggestions that using the Spotify app directly might be an alternative to using the Sonos app. If feasible, this would greatly improve the user experience, as I would prefer to rely on the Spotify app rather than navigating through the Sonos "app within an app" setup, which is not particularly seamless. Although I haven't utilized the Alexa feature yet, it's reassuring to know it's available for future use.

Overall, this setup represents a significant upgrade from a portable Bluetooth speaker and offers a convenient "plug and play" solution for creating a whole-house sound system.

The Rega MM Phono MK5 was purchased as an upgrade to my 15 year old Project phono preamp unit. While the Project unit supported MM and MC, this Rega unit is like comparing chalk and cheese.

Absolutely stunning, with no need to crank the volume on softer recordings anymore, plus the amazing benefit of more clarity. No doubt about it, the higher voltage and individual channel filters in this unit really do bring out the best in your phono signal. Initially I was skeptical and read a few reviews that raved about the unit. Well there not lying. Rega have created a winner here and I've no intention of upgrading any further than higher end MM stylus cartridges. I'd seriously doubt there would be any more benefit to be obtained. Even my old Project Phono unit was pretty good and still works but the difference between the 2 was so striking, I'm glad I upgraded. The old unit will be fine for a spare in case, but Rega all the way for me now.

This was my first experience with AudioTrends and I'll certainly put it out there that there a good company with excellent pricing and some nice specialised high end audio and that's worth supporting. While there delivery service is a touch slower than a rival competitor like Addictedtoaudio for example, they do get there and keep you updated onto the exact status which was accurate and correct. Everyone must understand that smaller specialist companies like Audio Trends etc can not operate with the same speed as a giant like Amazon but there not that far off and if they can keep on delivering great products(that are actually genuinely in stock and ready to ship) then I for one will be returning for future purchases and look forward to being a continuing customer.
