Unablle to receveive my ABC either on DAb+ or FM.

I live in Rosebud Victoria and with my new Model One + I am unable to listen to my favourite ABC Radio National on DAB+ or FM, I should have bought the model that can use an external antenna to increase sensitivity. Sad as I am 87 now and this was my last purchase of a radio.
