AudFree

I purchased one month of Audfree software on 28th March. I immediately got a bunch of emails, and none of them included a valid licence key, so I couldnt actually use the product. I checked all my folders including spam. The "support" service is a chatbot and it was totally useless. I contacted their 3rd party support email (paddle) who got in touch with AudFree. Despite chasing over 5 times over 17 days I heard absolutely nothing from AudFree. In this time, I of course went elsewhere (who wouldnt). When AudFree finally got back to me with a valid license code - 17 days later (!) - they refused to refund me and basically told me I was a liar. Worst customer experience I have ever received. Feel bullied and cheated. Avoid this company like the plague.

STEER CLEAR OF AUDFREE and DRMARE SOFTWARE.
AudFree's / DRmare's software does not work as described on their website.
Their software does not download anything. It instead records, meaning you cannot listen to other songs, or videos while it record, this is very slow, and the audio and video is recorded in such a poor quality it is unusable. In addition to this, the software does not work in general.
When contacting their support for a refund as soon as testing, less than 1 day. They refused to honor their money back guarantee.
