Be careful with at&t it is not below to do under handed and shady business practices. They don't care for the time they waste. They take all your information down send out a sim card that can't be activated. Most there agents are rude as hell. Think twice before u try to do business they are crooks. I have recordings, email, the package they sent out, and "sim card" in my Possession. The phone below is the numbers for At&t. I was told they could do a call back. I declined 5 mins the customer service agent just hung up on me.
Well, we are constantly hearing about how "lazy" and "unmotivated" our young people are, I would like to point out what an AMAZING job these young people did on getting Nancy and I a MUCH better cell phone plan. They were polite and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They were excited about their product, but not pushy or high pressure, Please like and share this picture so that these fine young people may get the accolades they deserve. Terrible company at providing services for paying customers don't wast your money. Go to a company that is NOT AT&T or affiliated with similar services that they do not even provide. If you need to experience it to learn a to stay away so be it, just know you were warned. They need to include 0 stars or even negative ones. Waiting until June for services to be reinstated when you charge customers account is incomprehensible.
The ATT Store at 7573rd Avenue, Jasper, IN, has some EXCELLENT staff. I've been there twice this week and they were sooo helpful and informative. They helped our family purchase new phones, get the best rate for us, helped me order them, and today set them up for use. It only took 37 minutes today for setting up two phones! I HIGHLY recommend Kyra and Sydney. Great job ladies! THANK YOU!
I could not be more pleased with the quality of service I received from AT&T regarding internet as well as tv. In the modern area, service, especially in terms of connectivity is defined by reliability. I began using AT&T out of college when I moved up to a new big city by myself and a dog, not knowing anyone. AT&T provided me an avenue that I used to find interaction between. It's not easy moving to large cities, with a pet, at age 22, but AT&at provided, every month for 7 years reliability as well the ability to learn, collect and process information, and meet people. Thank you AT&T for being there when I need you most!

We switched from another carrier due to high bills and bad customer service. When we started with AT&T, we notice no dropped calls, better customer service and easier bills to understand. The plans were much cheaper than our previous provider. We got some additional incentives for being military, and we sure do appreciate the recognizing our military. I'm not sure if we'll upgrade anything but I'm glad we're with this company. Thanks for great service. Keep up the good work.
A few days ago I visited my local AT & T Store (Rainbow City Alabama) seeking remedy to a technical issue I had with a recently new cell phone I recently purchased. Sales Consultant, Ms. Eymi Zelaya asked me if I needed some assistance after I entered the store. After explaining my dilemma, Ms. Zelaya told me not to worry and that she would have my new phone up and running in no time. After a short while, Ms. Zelaya was able to cut through all the red tape with AT & T's Tech Support and got my phone operational. During that time, Ms. Zelaya never got frustrated with me asking questions, all while keeping a smile and maintaining her professionalism at the same time. There was a moment or two when she did consult the Store Manager (his name escapes me) to make sure she was on track and he was very cooperative as well. Finally, you're very fortunate to have Retail Sales Consultants such as Ms. Zelaya and Store Managers like the gentleman on duty at that time. AT & T forever!

We started by going to the dealer at Elcon in Tucson, AZ. The staff there had no idea how to help. We then wen to the East Broadway at Wilmot location ( a real ATT store) and worked with Mariajose. She was AMAZING! I give the ElCon store a one start, but Mariajose at Wilmot was a 10 star! Even when the phone tech was required she hung up on the first ATT non helpful person and called back so she could find someone that could help. She was fantastic

I went to the local AT&T store in Midland Park with my dead iPhone and assuming I would need to get a new phone and, of course, pay more per month (isn't that what always happens?). Surprise! Store Manager Alex K. Cleaned a wad of lint out of the charging port and lo and behold the phone came to life when he plugged it back in.
He could easily have run up a new sale and make the usual commission. But, he is an incredibly honest fellow and was more interested in helping us than making a commission. Kudos Alex! And thanks. We definitely will be back to upgrade in the near future and highly recommend this AT&T Store and Alex in particular.

Brian a representative from AT&T was of great help to me concerning my bill and explaining why it had increased. He was courteous and knew his job well. He helped me to understand a few things concerning my account and billing of my account. He went above and beyond as we say in the military. AT&T should be very proud of Brian. I spoke with sales rep Shaun Thompson via video chat on the AT&T website. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Great job AT&T for setting yourself apart (from pretty much all of corporate USA these days) by continuing to provide REAL PEOPLE & quality customer service vs. forced online chats, useless bots and endless wait times.
I dealt with Chantel a AT&T employee in Georgia and by far the best customer service I never received an AT&T. For some reason I missed the post call review so I need to write this here. I was having reception problems on my Internet box in both of our phones. Chantel directed us how to reset our network settings which made all the difference in the world. She was completely respectful and a sweetheart I hope somehow this gets to her. Thank you
Listen AT&T - I didn't want to leave you as a mobile customer, but after moving from Montana to Kentucky, we received a local offer from a carrier that was too good to pass up. When I called to discuss my last bill, I was finally connected to Denise. She is amazing. She listened to me - like, really listened. Previous customer service experiences were met with apathy when I requested a prorated last bill since I only had coverage for 10-days. Denise listened to me, and worked hard for me - even though I was no longer an AT&T customer. It's because of experiences like this, that I will not write AT&T off. If you have good advocates taking care of your customers, even former customers, we'll stay or come back. Smart hiring with her. Great job, Denise.

I was in Store AC3J, 464 Grapevine Hwy, Hurst, TX on Tuesday 8/30/22 to replace my flip cell phone that I misplaced. Hannah W. Immediately greeted me and began taking the information. We have been Southwestern Bell/AT&T customers since 1956. I am 87, and Hannah was so patient and helpful to me. Any questions she had, Leslie was right to explain and be helpful. I was impressed!

So first off nick is awesome super friendly and easy going he helped us with phones and watches loved how great it was. However the manager is absloutely astounding nya is the greatest manager ever not only did she call ALL the austin area stores to find us the phones we wanted but SHE DROVE TO TWO DIFFERENT STORES! To pick up the phones on her own time and gas i am beyond greatful she is just such a breath of fresh air we absloutely will be back!
