The social media department of At&t reached out to me and the gave me a full credit of $800 for the new phone.

I'm satisfied now.

Bunch of criminals working at the AT&T warehouse. I sent back my trade in phone, a Note 10 in mint condition, and months after I never see the credit on my bill, they tell me they didn't receive my phone, instead the received some old flip phone. And now I lose on $800. Case #CM20230118_155626478 was created and final outcome was that I lose on on $800 because AT&T has criminals working in their warehouse

Horrible people. Service cannot cancelled without talking to customer service but customer service doesn't respond. After waiting for more than an hour and a half - a thing answered the phone and then hanged up; next one was almost half decent - it won't tell me what the process is like. I was finally able to get it to tell me to wait for an email confirmation, then it too hanged up without saying anything at all. They are all it (not he or she).

Llevo desde enero tratando de resolver problemas y me tienen más de tres horas en línea y jamás me lo resuelven sólo envían facturas aún a pesar de qué el servicio nunca se instaló y jamás me cancelan la Línea. Engañan con sus palabras que ya está todo resuelto y siguen llegando facturas.

I have been with AT&T since my 20's always had great service and experience. I will be switching to Verizon. In 20/20 when Covid hit I had been talked into buying a extra phone for my Hotspot and a streaming box because my service was so bad I return the box but AT&T said I didn't and they continued to take money from me to 1800.00 before I noticed I was distraught due to the death of my mom due to Covid they refused to give back my money even though they found the box. I haven't had good service for two years can't get them to fix it can't use my phone in my home only two bars in my yard where it use to be great everywhere. Tired of being on the phone for hours every day same old questions and bull crap with no results AT&T you have let your long term customer's down. I'm canceling you like many others have done

Worst service ever

They lie about everything Price will change every month keep reducing channels and your price keeps going up. The contract keeps change from 1 year to 2 year contract with out your notice real crooked company stay away at all cost

You know how they say one u happy customer tells on average 10 people about bad service? I've told 229 this year, and I will bad mouth it for my entire life. You guys are the biggest piece of $#*! organization I've ever dealt with. As long as I live, I will bad mouth this dog $#*! company. Putrid customer services, braindamaged "technicians", lies on lies. Despicable embarrassing dog $#*! losers

I turned in a phone and they gave me another free as a promotion then when I canceled the other line (which they had possession of) they took away the discount promotion. I'm in the process of switching to Verizon.

STOLE MY MONEY

Ran through an order on phone and decided not to continue and canceled moving forward but took $577 from my bank account anyway without completing order! Called and said too bad nothing they can do have to wait 3-5 days to get stolen money back! STAY AWAY‼

Ridiculous fees

Their reconnection fees are continuing to rise and are now at $40. Their plans are also unreasonably high. We are going to cancel as soon as this phone is paid off and not get engulfed into staying any longer.

Disaster!

I ordered a Wi fi connection. I ordered a #12 Apple iPhone. The phone came in a little box on Friday. In the box were two phones: a #12 and a #14. I called and said I got two phones. Immediately I was told the phone is not useable; it is blacklisted. It was labeled stolen. I asked to purchase the #14 since I saw it was superior to the #12 I had ordered. I will send back the 12 and keep the 14. How much can you sell me the 14? From Friday until 7;00 PM Monday I was told ten different things. Then on Monday late they said I could buy the 14 for $800. T Mobile is selling14 for $600. I will buy it for 600, I said. No. No deal. 800 or nothing. So cancel my account. They did and that took hours.
Besides the phone the Saturday installation was also a fiasco. About 10::00 AM a great looking guy showed up. The installer showed up at 2PM --4 hours late. Great looking guy. Nice guys! Neither had one thing to say or do about the two phones. I discovered after they left that neither phone was hooked up to a wi fi or the internet. They were here from 10 to 6.
An Att tech person in the Philipines asked me if I knew about all the Satanic talk on the Internet. She is the one who said you are all set. You can have the 14 at the same price as the 12. I must stop and say ATT is the worst company in the world!

I'm a 25 year customer of ATT trapped in a contract. The customer service has gotten so bad. Depending who you get you will be told all kinds of different things. 25 year loyalty almost means nothing anymore with this company. You can be with them 2 weeks or 20 plus years and get the same treatment. Avoid at all costs.

No one will be able to answer your questions of your outrageous bill. And you will be continually charged even though you cancel your services with them. Business Loyalty department is a complete joke with idiot supervisor named Jerry who is no help and can't tell his $#*! from his face.

0 estrella para este servicio, llame por algo simple y se ha convertido en una pesadilla, solo necesitaba cambio de titularidad de la cuenta de Internet, la señora Carolina no fue capaz de ayudarme por teléfono y fue muy mal educada, el Sr Juan Carlos me colgo el teléfono y el Sr Brayan comenzó el proceso pero no lo completo, como resultado me quedé sin Internet por varias horas y aún no se termina de completar mi proceso, tengo que esperar 30 días para que el sistema actualice la información. Será posible! Todo un desastre. Me siento engañada y disgustada por tan mal servicio.
Sin embargo tengo que agradecer a Estefani Murillo por su paciencia y preocupación para ayudarme.

I've had t mobile for nearly 10 years before switching to Att all because I wanted a newer phone while keeping the same bill as my previous provider! WORST DECISION EVER I never have service, my phone run slower than before and it always says 5G but seems to be running on 4G as soon as I'm done paying off my phone I'm switching back to T-Mobile!

Worst ever

Worst customer service in the nation. I have not been able to access my email for 30 days. Case numbers associated withbthis issue are M*******, M******* and M*******. I have spoken to 3 supervisors of the Technical department ( Sam, id# SC234H, Jason id# JM411U, Mel id# RF114K, and a Tony who refused to give me her ID #). These all have claimed that I needed to fill out a form to have someone contact me to reset the password to my sub email account. It has been 31 days since this form was complete.it has been 34 days since I have been able to access my email. Now I am being told it'll be another 30 or 60. I don't want apologies. I don't want I understands. I want my email!

Went on the website to update my watch it stated I owed 166.00. Went on there 2 hrs later and it was 368. No explanation to why it changed but I was told they couldn't honor the 166. The "supervisor stated that I signed a contract to pay the installments. I asked her so….y'all represent false advertisement? Silence….have a great day

I work out of my home; but the Wi-Fi service through AT&T is out more than in. I end up driving to the office to send quotes, answer emails and talking to my customers.

The U-verse TV is out about 70% of the time. No internet service HDMI 1 is not connected. Oh, I'm well acquainted with that one!

Recently our internet was out for 46 hours. The online tech said the gateway was malfunctioning and I needed a service tech with a new box because mine was 12 years old. The on-site service tech came out and replaced the box. Said the old box no longer worked. Then I was charged $99 for the service call because the online tech said they fixed the problem online.

Calling the billing department is a joke. They don't care! A woman said the $99 will be added to the next bill because the online service center (in El Salvador) wrote that they fixed the issue. She didn't care that their on-site device tech had to replace the box.

My experience with AT&T over the past 25 years has gone down the slippery slope of switching to another provider. The AT&T monthly bill is over $269 for having service only 70% of the time. Looking at Spectrum now for faster and more reliable internet.

Lies...run.

In the first 24 hours of being a new customer my service went from 1300mbps to 70mbps and stayed there. Was lied to by install tech, customer service, took 2 days to come fix, still paying for 1 gig to have only around 600mbps. I'm leaving. Hopefully soon. Looking at options. Exactly why I was nervous using them for internet with the shady things they did about a sim card I sent back in 24 hours of being it because it didn't fit in the phone years back but they not only charged me. They kept charging me and put it against my credit while increasing the total still every month even then. Screw AT&T. Run!

Also, they refused to post this on their site to further be dishonest.

Supervisor Kendrick

The supervisor named Kendrick was rude and very unhelpful. When I asked him to speak with his boss he declined me that right and he kept saying that he was the manager I left him know that a supervisor and a manager are two different positions and I would like to talk to his boss, he claimed they were busy and that I'd receive a call back within 24 hours. The way he spoke to me, the way he couldn't even give me any helpful information made being involve with them not even worth it.
