Squadhelp was really helpful to get a name and logo for my business. There are a lot of talented creatives.

Lots of entries- many were not even close but I had 2 creatives in particular that worked really hard to win. I was pleased to have selected one.

Seems to have difficulty with homepage. Customer service has been excellent. Prompt and very helpful to resolve the issues

Some of the entries were junk, but most were really thought through. The hardest part was selecting one name from many good options

The experience and support was great. It would be good to add a feature whereby one can reduce the time of the contest

The coaching in your FAQs on how to put together a creative brief was very helpful, as well as coaching on how to encourage creatives participating in the contest.

Remove entries on our behalf that are clearly not worthy of being accepted OR filter those entries so that they are kept separate to the 'good ones'

Easy to use. Although not the exact name we will use but it does give us lots of ideas to play with.

It was very good. I would have liked a few more options. We may or may not use the logo we selected.

Overall improving the intuitiveness of the website. It is sometimes tricky finding the right page and tabs for what I am tying to accomplish.

Everything was great. I like that you can go back and forth to make suggestions, to be sure you end up with exactly what you want.

The experience was relatively smooth and enjoyable. The ability to quickly sort submissions in a variety of ways was extremely helpful.

It would be nice to scroll through the names faster. The loading up of new names was slow. I do however like the way the contest is ran.

Provide a place for the contest holder to identify names he or she has already thought of. In my case, I had already thought of the winning name.

These wonderful creatives saved me time and provided more ideas that I could have imagined. I knew the right one as soon as I saw it. Thank you.
