AtoB Transfer

Booked a taxi in Brussels airport. The price for my transfer was better than the taxis on the spot, i prebooked the service online days before travelling. The ride went well, the driver met me at the arrivals with a nameplate, easy communication with him and the team. Super happy!

My trip with Atob went wrong. I hired the transfer to cozumel, the transfer that picked us up charged 20 euros and dropped us off at Playa del Carmen. This was not the contracted service. Because of this unrealistic situation, he paid for an extra night on the beach, ferry transfer plus taxi on the day…I canceled the return, his terrible service and he still hasn't received the refund. I will speak ill of your transfer on all platforms, from tripadvisor to Facebook and etc… sorry for your service and your response. I rescheduled with suntransfer and it was an impeccable return with everything going well. I feel robbed, me and the 4 people who traveled with me. We paid €222 for both trips and on your part there is no service.
I've already tried the Atob contact centre but despite sending 5 emails still got no answer.

AtoB Transfer represented by the owner of the company Andreas (Andriy Alekseyev) can not pay employees for work and sends fake swift payments, stops responding to emails, promises to pay and disappears, most likely AtoB Transfer has no money.
I do not recommend to work with this company. I think that AtoB has the same attitude with clients.
