Atlas Bikini

After buying one bikini several months ago that did fit nicely, I used their promotion and spent $100 on 5 suits. The package took a month to arrive (which I can understand these days) but none of the tops fit me and I ordered the usual size I wear, S. I didn't even try on the bottoms. I've spent several weeks emailing back and forth asking how to make a return and refund. At one point they asked me to send them pictures of the product, which I did, and they answered that there was nothing wrong with the items and therefore cannot return or refund them. I kindly rebuked them for such a stupid answer and they said "we're sorry you're frustrated, your feedback will help us in the future, hope you have a better experience next time". So either I take the suits to a tailor to see if they can make them fit me (and spend more money) or I donate them - either way I'm out $100 and their company could care less. Pathetic and infuriating. Don't buy from this company!

You've read all the reviews. They're all right. Don't do it. Don't buy anything. You think your order will be different, the swimsuits are so cute online... then they arrive, and they are horribly cheap, see-through, and just do not fit right in ANY places. After emailing them several times back and forth basically begging them for their return address that they will NOT give to you, and only ask for you to send pictures of you in the suit, I've given up. I lost money. I can't even resell these suits they're so ugly. I did report them, but doubt anything will happen. We'll see. Unfortunately most of you reading this is because, like me, you were trying to figure out how to get your money back... and basically can't.

Same story as everyone else. I saw an irresistibly cute bikini and ordered a small. They sent me an extra small. Obviously the bikini didn't fit. I requested a return in exchange for a refund.

They deliberated on a solution for four months before deciding the best course of action was to give me a credit on their website, which I have no faith in after this grotesque lack of integrity.

They're thieves. Stay away.

I ordered six bathing suits from this "company" and I never received them but since they have " tracking" I never received a refund. Worst experience with a company I've ever seen. I waited over six weeks for it and they said 4-6 weeks is standard. How ridiculous

I needed to return a suit that did not fit. Jose in the Customer Service department was beyond amazing! He constantly updated me. I never had to reach out to them. He was very proactive with his treatment of my issue. In this day and age it is very rare to have a good customer service experience with an online company!

I have never ever written a bad review but wow this company is a joke! First they made me pay $50 to return my bathers due to needing a smaller size. Fine I copped that then the bathers return after months due to no one collecting/ or the adress is not real I don't know but all they offered me was a lousy 35 percent off my next order even though I had bought 5 pares of bathers that you can't even return them and this issue has been going on for almost 6 months. Worst company ever and want everyone to know.

I never recieved my order, I emailed after 2months to know what was happening. They replied "will see what we can do". The order cant arrived to my country, okay. I want a refund I said. They bull$#*!t me around for months. And now, almost 2yrs after "Your order is too old". Great job guys!

I ordered 4 bikinis, a bodysuit, and a dress for a bachelorette party around April of last year. The order came from China (unbeknownst to me) and took about a month, or a month and a half to arrive, and was not in time for my trip. No big deal, if I liked them, I'd still keep them. I tried them on, and I don't know who they're sizing these for, but nearly everything was WAY TOO SMALL. The dress was a medium, and fit like an XS, the suits were all way too small in the bottoms, and barely fit in the tops. The bodysuit was the only thing I kept as it was nearly reasonably sized. I sent everything else back, paid $40 for return international shipping and... NOTHING.

These people acted like they were waiting for a manager to respond to my request for MONTHS and never processed my returns. I constantly emailed them and this supposed manager never responded. The same person "Ruben" signed the emails, but even when I forwarded all of my emails, they acted like it was a new email almost every time and made me repeat myself over and over.

My package was received by customs in China and they never accepted it, so it took about 8 months to finally be returned to me. I ordered things in April of 2022, returned in June/July as soon as I got them, and I just received the return package around February 2023 from China.

I wish I'd thought to leave this review a little sooner, but please do not give these scammers your money. Learn from my mistake.

I would give less than one star if I could. I ordered 4 swimsuits from this company and they all arrived about 8 weeks later and all of them were trash! I attempted to return them but only got the run around for over a month. They told me to put the swimsuits on and take a picture to prove they didn't fit. REALLY? Who does that? When I told them I wouldn't send pics of my daughter and myself in bikinis they suggested putting them on over jeans. That is crazy! How can you tell if a swimsuit fits over jeans? Instead I took pics of the bikinis with a tape measure to show that the measurements were off. It didn't matter. All they could say is "I'll send it to our manager" and "You will have to pay to ship them back to Israel." Ok, "Well what's your address?" I asked. They never responded. I sent about 5 separate emails asking for the address and each time they gave the same response about sending it to the manager. They have no intention of making quality clothes, caring for customers or making it right when they give you crap. Horrible scamming company!

I purchased a couple of bikini bottoms from Atlas and after taking over 6 weeks to arrive they were waaaaaayyy too big. I emailed Atlas and asked if I could return them as they had not been worn, and they said "Yes" and would i like to purchase another pair of the bottoms in the right size for a small cost? I told them no, I didnt want to purchase any more as it was already summer here and if i ordered another bikini summer would almost be over by the time they arrived. They then sent me an email asking me to prove that they were too big! Really? So I sent photos of the bottoms over the top of my jeans, clearly showing how big they actually are. But still no return address. I have been emailing them for over a week now, each time with a different excuse. All I want is an address where i can return the product after they told me that Yes, i was able to return them!

Really bad quality and If you want to return they make it really hard. After more than 9 months I still didnt get my money and they dont respond to E-Mails

Well, it was a fast delivery, the swimsuits I contacted the customer service and they replied in around 2 hours with all my details.

Do not buy! The quality is terrible, fit horribly and they don't let you return the suits! Unbelievable.

Do not order form here if you expect to return an item, they do not respond. I would really rate it no stars but it made me pick one.
