This company takes an exorbitant amount of time to "review and process" your return. They will take 15 business days just to do that. On day 16 it will finally be refunded to your credit card which will then take another 1-2 weeks. Absolutely absurd. I was a first time customer having heard so much about how great they are. Tried them on and astounded at how overrated APL shoes are. Sent them back the very same day they were delivered. No other retailer takes this long to "process" a return. I think it's more of a punitive thing or that they are trying to bank off the interest by keeping your money in their account for as long as possible.
