The service is $#*! and they have no idea what the hell they are doing.
The customer service is lousy and very unprofessional, i asked them a couple of times to withdraw my money and it never happened.
Eventually I asked my credit card company to do a charge back for the payment I've made to Astra Horizon. After a few weeks I've got my money back. Unfortunately it was the only way I could get my money back.

Recently I've opened a new account with Astra Horizon and I've made the first deposit of $250.
I wanted to see if this company is legit business or not, so one day after I've made the deposit I tried to withdrawal the funds that are in my account. So far they hold my money and refuse to transfer it to me. The account manager that was assigned to me, scheduled a few phone calls conversations with me, but he never called at the scheduled time. When I was able to talk to him he said that I've to open an account with another platform in order for me to get my money back (which doesn't make sense to me), he also said that they can make the payment only in bitcoin, not in the currency that I've paid.
All this made me very suspicious about this company. They have too many stories and at the end of the day they still hold my money!
I finally found proper and honest broker. I have a huge trading experience and I saw a lot of different trading platforms, but the "astrahorizon" is the best one. Great communication with a broker, very comfortable platform and the most important, no problems with a withdraw, you can easily withdraw your funds without any difficulties. Thank you, Astrahorizon!

AstraHorizon is a scam. They made me trust them and after investing with them I found out they are scam. But thank God for ''Skyline -recovery, con'' they helped me get my money back.
First I inveted $350 after one day they keep of asking more get good return. My account manager was Mike Ross. After 30K investment he showed the growth and keep on asking more. But suddenly he stoped calling me and I discovered that my account is negative. These are scammer! Dont fall in this scam. Be safe and you should not fall with thses scammer. Anyone have experience with how to get back money from them. I am a scientist with close to pension and invested to increase my income for pension and it was a bug mistake.

This app is excellent I used this app for 1.5 years it's a great platform. You will easily understand the whole design and brief of this platform. Astra Horizon have been a really great help for me to start my trading journey. Really good trades with good analysis and explanations. I made some real profit in short period.
I invested 10k usd in Astra horizon trading, after trading for a month I requested to withdraw some money from my profits, my account manager Francis Thompson tried to persuade me to keep the money in the account so I will get more gain but I insist to to withdraw some soon after some body called from the trading platform named Edward Walsh, introduced him self as new account manager he started to trade from on my account reckless putting the leverage 1:100, try to put the account negative I Keep E-mailed him couple of times no respond. He make sure the account is depleted. I have very bad experience with this Astra Horizon trading.

This company was formed and registered under Miss leading information and been piggybacking off of the real Astra Asset Management UK Limited a investment company in the UK and have stole hundreds of thousands maybe millions from innocent people and still the authority has done nothing to shut down, this info will provide you with the proof and evidence that this fictitious company and everybody that works for this company with the fetishes names are using an old scam Called the (firm) or 411 scam where they get you to continuously send them money and you will never see your money again.

I am sharing my experience with others to warn them against investing in Astra Horizon. Its a group of scammers. When it comes to withdraw your funds, you can kiss your money goodbye. I am a retired person and invested my hard money with them and in the last four months, I have been cheated and taken for a ride. I do not normally create an issue and use any forum or social media to share my experience, but now it's time to expose them and caution other customers so that they do not suffer like me. I have enough evidence, both in writing and recorded phone calls to expose them and get my money back. Their account Managers Edward Walsh, Kelvin Brown, Sally Patrick are all liars and kept disappearing one after another until a new guy comes to ask for more money. They keep on telling you to send email to customer support from where you will never get a response. I have already spoken to my lawyers who will report and take up this issue with the UK Financial Authorities for full recovery. So if you have been scammed and cheated by Astra Horizon, don't give up. Report to the UK Financial Authorities and expose them on the social media to save other potential victims. Mohamed.
I worked with Francis Thompson he is so good to make u do deposite don't believe him they take don't give your money back he will say a bout there reviews just emotional but they even when you want to do withdrawal they request 20% commissions fee and after deposit for approval it is all lies just run with your money don't BELIEVE anyone of them
