Asmodee seems to function as the customer service for Fantasy Flight Games (who make board- and other games). I had two separate experiences in requesting help with the plastic bases for Star Wars Armada game ships, which I had bought elsewhere: in one case, a ship I had bought had the wrong size bases included, in another, the peg that is meant to hold the ship on the base had a manufacturing problem, missing one of the necessary burr holes. In both instances, the staff at Asmodee responded positively within a few days and ship replacement parts out to me at no cost. Prerequisite in general is to fill out a form on the website with details about the problem and upload a photo of the item for verification. Excellent service.
For those who purchase games second-hand, or lose pieces to your games over the course of many years, Asmodee no longer cares about your patronage. They've done away with their parts replacement service, and now there is no way to get replacement parts for any board games Asmodee furnishes, save buying a new copy. A terrible company with no regard for their customers.

I'm new to Asmodee, but i've already seen complaints about how Asmodee allows their online games to go on with serious glitches. After playing Scythe online at Asmodee for a month now, I've had at least 8 games glitched out. This Asmodee problem costs the users in finishing a fun experience, as well as their ranking in that particular game. I can't believe how many times I've had this issue, as a NEW user! Is anyone at Asmodee listening?
Not only does Asmodee care less about innovation in games. They are also completely unconcerned with customer satisfaction. They regularly take money for products... only to refuse to ship them. They give store owners the run around about obtaining merchandise because they cannot be bothered to settle disputes with distributors. They buy up formerly successful gaming companies and run them into the ground without any understanding of why those companies were previously successful. Avoid Asmodee and their products; gaming is better off without them.
They charge twice and only deliver one item. No 2nd item, no money back. When contacted they say to wait but nothing happens. So far contacted them 4 times and still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They like to tell you your preorder is shipping, string you along with updates for a few months and then say they can't fulfill the order. Thanks for nothing. Customer service here is also a joke.
