In a moment of exhaustion I accidentally gave my 5lb dog my 75lb dogs medicine and the one time she actually took medicine no problem. Dr Joey was quick to respond, easy to understand, caring and professional. She was super real. She saved my dog! Thank you again Dr Joey!

After waiting for a phone call-that part did take awhile, I was contacted via chat with a veterinarian. She was very experienced and stayed with me over the course of our contact-about 2 hours until we both felt my dog was out of danger. Having her available gave me great peace of mind, I didn't feel like I was going through this alone. I will always be so grateful for her assistance and will use Just Answer again in the future.

I used the chat with and they were respectful and knew alot. I needed to know priceing for cremation and urns for a cat they were Quick with there response. I call my vet today and ask a vet was Spot on they said between $75 -$200 it came to $180. Im very pleased with my ser ice i recived.

My dog a mushroom in our yard and had a severe allergic reaction. The vet I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional. As soon as we saw blood however I wish he had just said go immediately to an emergency vet. Had we waited any longer to take him he probably would not have survived. His organs were starting to shut down. I must say it was nice to be able to talk to a vet in an emergency situation on a Sunday evening.

There are times it's just not possible to take your loved furbaby to a vet (unless an emergency of course). I was confident my dog was getting the compassionate and knowledgeable care he needed. All my questions were answered and I was treated with respect. After carefully following the instructions given, my dog is on the way to healing without me worrying if I did the right thing. The Veterinarian was very knowledgeable and personable. She gave good advice that i will follow. I was only sorry that I wasn't aware of the cost prior to talking to someone. I would still pay it but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.

My newly adopted four month old kitten has a serious eye infection. The veterinarian called, asked probing questions, diagnosed the problem, and submitted a prescription to Amazon. So pleased!

My six month old Chinese crested puppy got a hold to some drywall and it made her sick. Her symptoms were vomiting, shaking, not being stable on her feet and falling to the side when she walks, which are clear signs of vestibular disease. The veterinarian that responded to me confirmed this and she told me what to do. She told me which motion sickness medication to buy, as well as a syringe to feed the dog water because she wasn't drinking and that she should be OK in a day or so. I also needed to keep her in a dim, quiet area and close to me, so she would be calm. If she wasn't showing symptoms of getting better in a day or so, then I was instructed to take her to the vet. I'm glad to say that she was back to normal the very next day and just as loving as playful as before.

Our large Golden Retriever ate some 85% chocolate. Based upon her weight and the amount consumed, the advice saved us an expensive, time consuming trip to an after hours emergency vet.
