I strongly caution against engaging with Ashfords, as my experience suggest they operate as a scam company. Be wary of any involvement, as it may result in financial loss and unfavorable outcomes.
I've gotten my money back and that was only way I could go about it. I got help from. (I USED THEIR WEBSITE URL AS MY DISPLAY NAME AND PROFILE PICTURE ON THIS REVIEW INCASE YOU NEED HELP AND WANT TO REACH OUT TO THEM).

Well, to cut it short, I am delighted. Just one suggestion: I really hope that you will add an option to transfer portfolio out from the ashford. I don't have such an intention now, but when my portfolio gets larger, I will be worried about security.
Great platform. I like the clean and intuitive UI. Have had a few questions and support has been very responsive and helpful. The fees are low and transparent. They do regular updates to improve the platform. Can definitely recommend.
Easy to use interface, good investment options and interest paid on cash. Money protected up to €20k. Did a few test deposit and withdrawls and everything worked fine and was instant. Would reccomend.

Just like they say if it's too good to be true it often isn't. No company information available. They'll send you some ASIC document for Ashfords Wealth Advisers Pty Ltd which is false. The use what's app to communicate then disappear. Take your money into there so-called trading platform then lock you out when you don't put more in. As suspected it's a roach motel where the roaches don't check out! Have reported them to ASIC and other cyber security agencies to get funds returned. Not likely to see a cracker back!
Very good platform, also the support service is good. Easy to use and transparent in everything they do. Hopefully in the future they will automatically deduct the stock exchange taxes for every country, because that would really be a game changer for ashford. Only then will I give five stars
Ashford offers one of the best investing platforms for beginners like myself. It is an amazing user-friendly platform. However, due to the increase in fx fees, it no longer makes it the cheapest platform to invest with, even when taking into account spreads other platforms may charge.
I have tried about 10 different investment platforms and this has to be the best UI I have used in my opinion. It's not the cheapest though for my use case but the features like holding money in 3 different currencies is nice. It is easy to use deposits and withdrawals are quick when using settled cash. You even get interest on univested cash on your account. Transparent fees too.

The platform is simple to use and the analysis information of the stocks is basic but a great initial indicator whether to even consider the stock. It's really easy to get started and the over all user experience is great especially through the well designed platform. One draw back at the moment of course is that not every stock is there but, since the platform keeps growing I would say its only a temporary problem.

New to the whole concept of investing on my own behalf, with using ashford the task is easier, if not free of all the scary moments. The platform is more than enough for my needs now and on- going. Perhaps FIVE stars when I get to grips with it and become more savvy with what I know I need to do next.
Full disclosure, I used to work with some of the people at Ashford, but I also use the service for my own investments. I wouldn't recommend something I don't believe in.
The platform is easy to use and I find it good that I get intrests on the money in my account. The one thing that bothers me is the mack pff choosing a country of "origin" to automaticly pay the owed taxes. For example, in Belgium there is a stockexchange-tax. And I want to fulfill them but cannot do it with this platform.

Great platform and easy to use experience, but of a fiddle after the deposit process changes but now all sorted. I only wish there were more UK based stocks to invest in.
I liked Ashfford and believed it was the best out there until they removed £3000 with no fx fee a month. If they could lower it to £1000 or even £500 a month, that would be a 5-star.

It was incredibly helpful that the platform came out with the solution to ease things with tax payment documentation (Estonia).
I was abit confused that after a week of using the platform I then get asked to provide proof of address documents, this really should be at the onboarding stage.
Would be great to have also access to account via webpage (PC for example). Also querying detailed reports would be great (especially for tax purposes).
There is quite easy to navigate on ashford platformi. Information about stocks and ETFs is Good trading process is also easy. But the ETFs assortment could be wider.
I have tried to contact Ashfordwealths support email and all provided contact numbers. None work, the email bounces and the numbers are un-contactable. They changed there domain and didn't update there website nor inform "investors". "Brokers" are insistent and unrelenting until you choose to not entertain their investment advice. Withdrawals as far as I know do not occur and are at the whim of "brokers" who are unaccountable.
In breaking down ASHFORDSWEALTH(s) website its apparent the website is just a neat front end that provides zero information on what they actually offer. The biggest thing that jumps out is the fictitious "team" profile. There are zero results in actually finding anything that substantiates these people exist. The ashfordswealths group follows a pattern of high volume contact with potential victims. With pressure tactics along with using referral systems to apply pressure. For example they may provide payouts for a person creating the appearance of a legitimate company and then due to perceived success the victim is manipulated into referring friends, family or acquaintance. The group uses several different members of the group to create a facade of a legitimate investment firm for example including "senior accounts manager", "trainers","Senior analysts" and or "Floor traders" to gain trust and appear legitimate.
The group pays out some people with the appearance of successful trades to provide reviews and again provide legitimacy. This provides new customers(victims) to join the merri-go-round.
