Why did my and my husband's name end up on our tickets with our first and middle names in the First Name window with no name at all in the Middle Name window? The ticket agent told me he was doing this and I asked him not to. Now, I have to send a copy of my passport to you to prove how my name must appear on the airline ticket to match my passport. Why does your ticket agent do this to mess up peoples trips?

I got my ticket at a fair price. But since that time, I have not heard from ASAP, and don't have the physical ticket. Makes me a little nervous. The agents were knowledgeable but they spoke way too fast and it was hard to understand them (I'm a senior). Did I get the best deal? Who knows? But I did get great flights with minimal stops on the days I requested, so I'm a satisfied customer. Now I am waiting for the tickets so I can print them or save them on my phone.
