Bad experience: rude staff and inflated prices

My experience with Arum24.es was very disappointing. The sales assistant was rude and unhelpful from the very beginning, showing a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. On top of that, their prices were significantly inflated compared to other jewelry stores and online shops offering the exact same products. There was no transparency or customer care throughout the process. I do not recommend this store at all.
