Ghosting customers

Ordered a simple item: t-shirt on NOV 18. Said it was "being shipped" on NOV 23. NO ONE responds to my emails/inquiries about the status of my order. Don't order from this company. They send a barrage of emails advertising items and discounts, but they have ZERO follow up and ZERO customer service. My item never received, nor any contact from them to send it or make it right. SCAM ARTISTS is what they should call themselves.
