Just wanted to let community members know that Archer Furniture is not a reliable vendor. I ordered a bookcase over 8 months ago and never received it. Many promises to send soon, then ghosted me. No refund yet. Pretty but unreliable.

Same experience as a ton of other folks. Ordered, was quoted 10-12 weeks, was then told definitively by cole the founder that it was going to ship out and it didn't. That date came & went with no communication until i sent 3 emails over the course of a week. I was met with apologies but no explanation. Another 3 weeks went by, nothing. Then i said i wanted a refund if it wasn't going to be sent out within a week, got a promise that "i will personally make sure it goes out next week" and of course it didn't. They do appear to actually occasionally deliver furniture to people, many of which seem to be happy with it. But i wouldn't tell anybody to order from them because you won't get your thing on time, you may not even get it at all, and you'll have no idea about either of these unless you bug them incessantly about it.
