Received bent antenna. Worked with their fantastic customer service all they got me all fixed up same day. I'll definitely give them my return buisness

Freight costs were 2 1/2 times the cost of the items. It would be great if there was an affordable freight option.

Note: We used our UPS account but Arcadia's costs were higher.

The Dwight arrived in three days to Australia which was great and very fast however was expensive. It would be good if there was a cheaper freight option as it was a small parcel

I was very pleased that special attention was paid to my order. The replies were answered in a timely manner. Items also arrived in timely manner. Will buy again.

I think the confirmation e-mail that lead me to this survey should show me what was in the order. I could have had multiple orders and I don't memorize order numbers. Other then that all was fine.

Took a little longer than I expected to get the product, but was not in a rush so it was fine. Received what I ordered.

Yesterday afternoon there were GB8s with a pl-259 connector, but today I would have to wait 6-8 weeks. No problem putting on a pl-259 connector, just faster to put it into operation for Search and Rescue.

Fast order processing, however, when I first went to the website and attempted to purchase the mount it never redirected me to PayPal, but instead created an account and emailed me a password. Second time I tried to purchase this mount it went through and was a quick, easy experience.

Lots of technical support from the team at Arcadian. They helped me choose the perfect antenna for my project, and got me parts quickly and at a reasonable price.

All was well except your website is very slow. That however did not create a problem for me. I did like your zendesk chat. Was very fast and efficient.

3rd order for GPS antennas, price is right, orders have been timely and correct. Order-related emails are quick, and they check up on you and your order.

My first order - was not aware they did not accept Purchase Orders - should go much smoother in the future
