**SCAMERS** Please read. I just wish I had read the reviews before I made a call to this "Company"
The fact they say "Licensed" is a freaking joke.
I called Friday as my oven was giving me an F9 error and I needed a tech ASAP and I so I googled and this is who came up. They offed to be there Sunday and it is only $80 for the service call but if you go ahead with the repair that the $80 will be deducted from your over all cost. That is BS because when the tech entered my home and before even started, he said now it is $265+ tx for the inspection and service and if he has the parts if not will have to order and come back. Payment only taken in debit or Cash and at this point I should have kicked his A$$ out but I needed my stove working. He took the back off took a little device with beeping sound to wires and muddled around. After about 20 min he closed the back up and told me that the issue was the oven control board was not sending single to the oven but that he could not see why and just to replace it. That NOTHING else was wrong with my whole unit, he saw no sign of any issue but that he does not have this part that he "Looked up the part" on LG site and it was $400+ to order it an would take 5 business day's to get it in and then book another call to install so on average 1-2 weeks to get it done.
At this point I was done with him and told him no and I would be going though LG directly. Paid him the agreed "service" amount and he left. 30 min later I was attempting to make dinner and the front main element which was working that very morning was no longer worker. So no only was he useless but he made it worse and now I was without an element and my oven.
So Monday I went through LG got their approves service tech who called my1hr later advise me they ordered all necessary parts before coming to my house and the part would be in Wednesday (no 5 business days) and they would come that day. Turns out the parts were in Tuesday he came and showed me the moron from this company disconnected the connection to my element and showed me the VERY CLEAR burn mark on the Oven control board.
Yes I tried calling the office to get my $ back but it is all a scam and the fact that payment was only taken in cash or debit should have been my tell tale that I should have stopped. Lesson learned for me please do not let them do it to you.
They are scammers that is all they are their Licenses tech are not they are simply trained how to say the words that make some sense to those who do not know otherwise.
Don't trust this place. First off, I am a 70-year-old senior, a perfect target for these types. Everything worked other than drum turning and with a simple belt change, I have fixed them myself in the past when I was younger and more agile. So the tech shows up to fix my dryer, with the line you don't have to pay the $90 service call fee that you already agreed to, just to get me in your door, and instead pay me 3 TIMES that amount for the labour that he claimed was required to install a $170 Dryer Repair Kit. $170 Dryer Repair Kit? What even is that? It could be anything. Or nothing at all. I thought the price for I don't know what it was outlandish. The tech sheepishly agreed with me and his responsibility deflection response was regrettably that's just what the company they get their parts from charge. BUT as luck would have it, I have one that fits the year, model and make of your dryer in the trunk of my car! Imagine that!. I saw nothing exchanged. It didn't fix anything if it really was something anyway so the $299.60 including tax labour cost to install was wasted too. All in with tax, the bill came to half the original price I paid for the dryer when I bought it new. Over $500 wasted. Insanely too much money for a simple repair I know, but acceptable if the dryer works if I cant afford a new one on my government Old Age pension. But it didn't work. He performed that worthless work on May 29th in a little over an hour. I paid more to him for hours labour than I pay my lawyers for an hours work. At least they do their job. The dryer never worked again after he left, so another service call was booked a few days after the original repair date on June 2nd. Why they were all insistent they were doing me a huge favour not to charge me again for the second trip is beyond me. The guy did get the drum to turn but 9 days later it is not working again. Though the tech never said a word to either my wife or myself about it, he secretly wrote a quote for a new motor for approximately $550 with HST on a piece of paper he left behind to prove he was here. Now I would be spending more than I did for the dryer when I bought it brand new. PLUS at least another $300 for labour. And no guarantee it will even work. How is it this company has not been criminally charged? I usually do a little research first before hiring anyone to do anything but I was so rushed at the time I didn't do that. Companies like this are the reason I do research so as not to be taken advantage of. Now looking, I see everything negative on 6 different reputable review sites, social media sites including a negative BBB report with an ALERT not to do business with them as well as a CTV segment featuring multiple scammed victims and their stories.

Several weeks ago my refrigerator ceased working and I arranged service from this firm. The appointment was booked and the two individuals showed up during the allotted time frame that was given. I was under the misconceived notion that my wayward refrigerator would be on the mend shortly. I was gravely mistaken.
The young gentleman informed me that the computer on the refrigerator was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. This seemed reasonable and they informed me of the cost of the replacement. Unfortunately it would take a few days to acquire the appropriate unit. I agreed to the service, for I required a functioning refrigerator.
I paid them for the visit and the diagnosis and for the new computer in advance. I wanted to alleviate the stress that my lovely wife endures each day when taking care of her ill husband. I should denote that I am retired and living on a very tight budget after being diagnosed with a re-occurring brain tumour that diminishes my ability to make appropriate decisions. I just wanted to be of assistance and not a burden on the one that alleviates my daily distress.
After the new computer arrived the two returned and installed the unit, only to find the fridge would not work, that it was actually another component that was also malfunctioning. I should also mention that it took over a week for the two to return to install this part.
It was a second gentleman from this firm that came and told me this news. Since I had travelled down this far of the rabbit hole I paid an additional several hundred dollars to continue the deception.
Days progressed slowly while not living with a refrigerator and having to order out or purchase groceries prior to each meal. I felt as if I was camping without the comforts in my own home.
Today one the original pair arrived at my door to replace the second component that the claimed to be malfunctioning. I was elated! I was not prepared for the circle jerk that would ensue.
After fumbling around and not being able to remedy the problem, the young gentleman informed me that it was the extension cord that the fridge was plugged in the outlet with. I rapidly produced a second cord and swapped out the alleged culprit to no avail.
He then proceeded to spout mumble jumble how the receptacle was not supplying the appropriate power to the unit and that the fridge was not defective, it was the power to the fridge.
I would have grabbed the young gentleman by his collar, tossing him out my door but patients got the better of me. Also it is not in my nature to behave this way and spending the night in jail would not fix my refrigerator.
Mr. Leslie D Lord you should be ashamed of yourself and your staff in bilking unsuspecting individuals in our society. Either you are a shyster or an absentee president running yet another firm into the ground. Not sure which one it is, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt.
At the end of the day I am out several hundred dollars, actually over a thousand I think and my refrigerator does not work as I continue to live like a popper in my own home. You have taken the limited resources I have allotted to me, leaving me in great distress. I thank-you for this immensely and I hope you sleep well tonight, after drinking your chilled champagne. Thanks again!
repair service
If there was a category lower than "Not Good" I would have picked it! Their service is TERRIBLE. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company!
TELL EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. READ THE OTHER COMMENTS!
THIS IS NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY.
DO ALL YOU CAN TO SPREAD THE BAD REVIEWS SO THAT OTHERS DO NOT GET BURNT!
The only good part was that they showed up for the initial estimate on time. It went downhill from there!
I wish I had seen these YELP reviews before and I would have saved almost $726.17!
The initial Tech guy, said I needed some parts, and he would order them. I had to pay up front for the parts to be ordered. In hindsight I now know why! It took 5 weeks for the parts to arrive, and then they arrived "broken" so they say (!) and I had to wait another week.
TECH 2 ( a different person) came with the 3 parts and proceeded to install all 3 one after the other, without checking to see, as each part was installed, if it fixed the problem. Even though each part did NOT fix the problem, Tech 2 left each part in and did not replace the original existing part, which obviously had NOT been the problem. So, Tech 2 installed all three parts in succession, but even in a group replacement approach, they did not fix the problem. AND I was made to pay for these parts that were NOT needed!
Once they installed the part, they refused to refund any money, since the part was now "installed". So Tech 2 installed all 3, started the machine and told me that it was working.
BUT IT WAS NOT!
The same error code showed up on the washer controls and the machine still did not work properly.
Without any discussion with me, Tech 2 made a note on my bill saying I now needed to replace the "main control panel" cost quoted at $679.85 plus tax.!
He made me sign the bill, but I would not sign the part saying the "appliance was left in working condition". TEACH 2 said that was not a problem, it did not matter. He took my payment and left. Total turnaround about 15 minutes.
I should NOT have paid the balance outstanding on the second invoice, but Tech 2 lied to me, telling the washer now worked…even though on the invoice he marked a quote for the motherboard cost!
I tried to get the machine to run properly, but the replaced parts did NOT work!
I called their business and got a lady who said she was the "weekend manager".
She was the "gatekeeper"! I could not get past her to another manager or owner, since she said she was the "weekend manager" and she could not refund any money AT ALL. No matter that the problem was NOT fixed.
She refused point blank to refund any money, using the excuse that the 3 parts had been installed, therefore I could not get a refund!
The ONLY thing she could do was give me a 10 or 15% discount on the new mother board part.
I could spend more money with them, and they would offer a discount! They certainly had this system down pat! Shaft the customer and make getting a refund impossible!
The "weekend manager" could NOT let me talk to the owner(s) since they were "silent partners" and left the problems to the phone staff and techs. Very effective procedure! Must have been perfected over many customer situations.
They also called me soon after tech #2 had finished his 15 minute rapid install of parts that did not solve anything! They said Tech 2 had made a mistake and I owed another $80 dollars!
I had the original invoice and the second invoice at hand. I told them that was a mistake and they should check and call me back.
They never called back, so I'm assuming that this was just another action in their so-called customer service arsenal, that would allow them to collect MORE money from unsuspecting customers.
On Tuesday, after the August 1,2022 long weekend I called to speak to an owner, or senior manager, but their method of designating all phone staff as "managers" now had a "gatekeeper" blocking all connection to anyone with real authority, seeing as she was part of the managerial staff for the weekdays.
I must admit their approach showed some creativity!
But I thoroughly stonewalled!
NO refund!
NO contact with owners!
Absolutely NO willingness to show some customer service!
In conclusion, I am out of pocket to the tune of $726.17 for parts and service that did NOT FIX ANYTHING!
I feel sorry for the techs, since they arrive in their own vehicle (not company ID). They were using their own tools. And according to the Weekday lady identifying a part of the "management team", the Techs were penalized from their pay if there was a customer problem!
Steer clear of this dishonest and deceptive organization. For a fridge leak repair (thawing of ice build-up by steam gun), 2 ordered parts, and sealant applied to a non-working ice maker, the technician, George, charged me $1107 incl. Taxes... and my ice maker still doesn't work! To this day, George never diagnosed the ice maker issue. I was charged over twice the actual cost of parts and after numerous complaints with Customer Service (Charmain, Ella, Chandin, Pooja) and their Manager, Clarice, I was offered a good will refund of only $104 (15% off the parts cost of $700). Here's a summary of my issues and complaints sent to the company requesting a fair and partial refund of $645.76, but they have refused:
(i) Misleading advertising - $80 initial diagnosis fee jumped to $280
(ii) Gross overcharge of parts - $699.53 for two parts costing only $311.83 total (Evaporator Cover Assembly $153.05; Evaporator Assembly $158.78)
(iii) Charged for a part not needed and never delivered - Evaporator Assembly $158.78
(iv) Improper, Incompetent, Unqualified Service and Repair Work - Ice Maker still doesn't make ice after sealant/caulking was applied and allowed 24-72hrs to pass; NO DIAGNOSIS WAS EVER MADE AND AN INAPPROPRIATE SOLUTION WAS APPLIED... AND FAILED
(v) Deceiving and unethical business practices
A. Technician, George, on initial visit concluded a broken Evaporator Assembly and ordered a replacement part. On subsequent visit, when I questioned why he didn't have the part with him, he said it wasn't needed because the original part was in good working order. He wasn't able to explain how his assessment changed between initial and subsequent visits!
B. Cust Serv Rep, Charmain assured me that Ken (Head Tech) committed to fully restoring (by repair and/or replacement of parts) my faulty ice maker to a proper functioning state, at no extra charge to me
C. Cust Serv Mngr, Clarice indicated the above-stated commitment by Charmain/Ken was not confirmed in the recording and promised to send me a copy, which I still have not received
THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM OPERATION AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!
