Study Island learning solutions

I'm an eighth grade student, have a perfect GPA, in NJHS. I'm an overall good student in my opinion, but Study Island? It is the most disgusting website I have ever seen, I agree with the statement that the questions are vague, I'm currently in Algebra 1 this year and since we have this COVID-19 thing I've had to use Study Island. This has lowered my GPA, a lot, especially in math. In order to get into algebra 2, I think, I need to end the year with an A in math, and as you may guess I do not have that A. I love school, and I want to learn, but Study Island does none of the sort. Their Website page describes themselves as "a proven method of learning" that is if you call this proven method standardized testing since the beginning of the year, then yeah sure it works. It also says that students who use Study Island are proven to be more successful, I agree with that statement, but they won't be academically successful, this site will teach you nothing except the skill of staying calm and not swearing at the computer screen for a good solid 10 minutes. I would be fine with Study Island if it weren't for a grade, I wouldn't care, because I always do my best when it comes to school. I try my hardest to be the best, but even through all that work, I will never, ever, overcome Study Island. The truth is, none of us will. We cannot win, but the best thing we can do is to try to. Study Island is used by my school, a review I read while looking through here to make sure I wasn't the only one that felt this way, it said, "Study Island has some questions where you can't get it right to make people spend more time on it to make more money," if that is true, then Study Island is not only ruining the lives of promising students with great futures, but it is also stealing government money. I suggest definitely not purchasing whatsoever, it is a waste of time and money
