Used for SCAM companies to commit FRAUD

Fraudsters use this app called Wire. To commit Fraud, and nobody is stopping it. Ex. Fake check depositing scams... where they ask you to deposit a Fake check, then you send them money...to cover expenses...like Computer expenses after accepting an offer for a job...which was part of the SCAM.
I know this because they tried to commit FRAUD with me.
