Their ad was on my Instagram repeatedly. The name was 28 days challenge. I sign-in for 1 week free trail.
The website is BetterMe. The programmes are very bad and nothing like the ad in Instagram. I messaged the online chat and that Lovely Lady just vanished. I tried 2 days then tried to unsubscribe. I checked my google account and there was nothing I had subscribed. I checked my profile in their web page and it did not show the subscription info. I emailed the support centre. All I have got was the auto reply and said they would get back to me soon.
I sent 3 emails, No reply. One week later, they charged NZ$50 from my credit card. I sent 2 more emails to them and asked for cancellation and refund, still, auto reply and nothing after.
BetterMe is scam.
