I wanted to share something I have a young girl that comes to help me at my house and she has a two year old boy and he was out of control last week and just because I could and I know they've said it's great for kids to we were in my bedroom and him and I gave him a relaxed cap and within 30 minutes the hyperactive little Tyrant not Tyron but terrorists Maybe that I care about and love. Had passed out asleep on my sofa with this handful of fish cookies man those things worked later I told his mother I knew they weren't going to hurt him so I tried it and it was true the great for kids if your kids are hyperactive or they won't take their nap I was so impressed.
The other evening I ate some dried fruits, a few hours later I laid down in bed and I felt very nauseous. Then I took HPR and very quickly, maybe in about 10-15 minutes, I felt the uncomfortable feeling subsided and I felt so much better and was able to fall asleep. In the morning I was feeling great.
