On 30th July 2019 I made an online purchase for two pairs of Fly London sandals for the aggregate price of £98.43, believing this to be a company selling last season's end of line stock at favourable prices. I received from China a package containing two pairs of sparkly wedge sandals, of imitation leather, white and gold in colour, and of poor manufacture, cheap and nasty products. I have not been unable to resolve: a return of goods incorrectly sent (there being no paperwork accompanying the delivery); for genuine Fly Products to be supplied honouring my order; and/or for a reimbursement, sending emails via their "contact us" link and/or to any and all email addresses as contained in their exchanges. The one communcation received advised the product I order was now out of stock, to accept the cheap sandals as replacement and they will afford me 15% discount. I declined. They are now not responding to my requests for a returns pre-paid label as is their legal reponsibility and a. Refund. I have reported them to the authorities, my credit card company. Resulting I have not received goods honouring this purchase. My experience being that this is a fraudulent misrepresentation inducing a contract for the sale of goods which they never had any intention of supplying and are equally now failing to reimburse and resolve the matter. They have acted knowingly, in full knowledge of the truth that they were unable to fulfil the contract, being reckless in their actions and as to the truth. Do not purchase from this seller.
